Metro Diner

The food was really good and fresh. Loved it so much will recommend to everyone. The people were very friendly and the food came out quick. We also got seated right away .

I am currently laying in the hospital bed at Nazareth. (ON THANKSGIVING) And I’m not a big fan of hospital food so I took upon myself to order through DoorDash from Metro. When I say everything was made to perfection, I mean Everything! The croissant French toast with the scrambled cheddar eggs, and home fries! Was a perfect blend. Thank You so much guys, will be coming to eat in person once I am feeling better.

The hostess lina was very pleasant and our server Denise was excellent. She was attentive and friendly. The food is always great. They have a good gluten free selection and took precautions.

For starters the food is amazing. Our waitress Denise has served us about 4 times since we have started coming here. She is amazing, attentive, very helpful and polite. If all servers were like she is I’d eat out more often. Thank you Denise for the great service and the great food!

I got the fish and chips. It was delicious. I substituted my fries for onion rings for a dollar more and it did not disappoint. Our food came out hot and at the same time. I think Metro's food has gotten better recently (I am happy we did not give up on them). Our server Denise was pleasant (she is always pleasant and kind). We will be back again.

Stumbled upon the Metro Diner with my Mom and Brothers when we were looking for a halfway point to meet. Adorable place with fabulous service. Michaela was our server and she was kind, helpful and attentive. The food was very good, too! We are excited to go back.

Denise, our server was fantastic! I have an egg allergy, and she was great working with my order to make it safe for me to eat. Their menu has a ton of options, and everything is super yummy. Definitely should have taken pictures of our meals. A friend had the chicken and waffles, and it looked amazing! Will have to order it next time!

My husband and I looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. We settled on Metro and was happy we made the right choice. Our waitress Denise was courteous and met our needs. Food was good as well! Thanks Denise next time in section of Philadelphia we’ll come back.

Denise was an awesome server! I dined alone for a quick breakfast and she took the time to talk and make the meal more of a personal interaction. I recommend the breakfast and the service can’t be beat…

I went here for Mother’s Day and let me tell you something. The food was delicious reasonably price, and big proportions. They also handed out roses to all women. What a sentimental touch. I will definitely be going here again.

This was surprisingly good. The price range was not too high. The food was great.

I just left with my take out like I usually do twice a week for dinner. I haven't eaten yet but I don't have to because all the food is consistently amazing but that's not the best thing about this place. Every time I go there, I can't help but notice how nice everyone is and not just to customers but to each other as well. After working all day and coming across grumpy people, it's really nice to know I can pick up a healthy yummy meal from kind people who really care about how they make you feel and want to make sure you enjoy your food.
It's crazy how well they know the menu, too. It's like they've all been here for 10 years but they definitely haven't.
I'm moving next week but I still plan to make the 40 minute drive twice a week to pick up dinner because it's so worth it and I can't imagine not giving them my business anymore.

First time going to any metro diner and I gotta say it was pretty great! The Sausage gravy, and biscuits were incredible! Fried chicken was pretty good and the waffles weren’t half bad! The staff was absolutely wonderful, very fast and sweet! I ordered and had all my food within 5 mins if that. 10/10 highly recommend.

First time coming in today, we were greeted with a smile everyone was so nice, the food was amazing, I got the biscuits with sausage gravy and omg SOOO GOOD !! Love the drip coffee as well! We loved the whole vibe of the place , good music , even the look of the place was great. We really enjoyed it , will be back again! Definitely the new spot to be regulars at 10/10 recommend.

Great place to have a fulfilling morning breakfast. Family was pleased and portions good. Atmosphere is definitely a diner atmosphere but was just a little loud. The special was good. Picture is the avocado sand which. Wife loved it. She took rest home for later.

Met up for brunch here on a Friday. Food was really good. We had carrot cake pancakes and two breakfast platters. Servings were big & yummy. Service was good and we didn't wait long for food.

Just keep in mind that it is usually Always Packed. And for good reason! Good food, good peeps, give it a go if you want a new diner experience!

1st time eating at this diner, and it certainly was worth the 1hr drive from NJ. The food was good & the service was great! I especially like their fried chicken , the biscuits were a nice size the servings were very generous as well. My only complaint though was where were seated at, I thought we were to close to the door as it was a bit drafty but other then that everything else was fine. I'd definitely go back there again, but next time I'll ask to be seated in a booth... lol

My family and I came here yesterday for brunch and it was pretty busy, but Denise (our waitress) was so sweet and welcoming. She really made us feel like she was giving us her full attention even though we can see she has other tables she needed to tend too. She even came back a few times to refill our drinks and ask if we needed more coffee.
Our food came out quickly and I swear everything there is so good! The food and service was excellent and when my family and I were leaving we kept raving about how great the service was and how we would be back soon to try their other dishes. Also, thanks Denise for allowing me to get a new cup of coffee to go! Awesome service!

My Granddaughter had the chicken and waffles and I had the chicken sandwich. Both entrees were prepared with a buttermilk marinated? Chicken and fried. Both are meals were delicious! And the honey mustard dipping sauce was homemade maybe? Fantastic! Server was excellent and atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend.
