I bought a 2015 Jeep Sahara and it came with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. Great customer service.

5 star experience! I have bought many cars and never had the pleasure to work with such nice sales staff. They made this experience so simple. My husband drove past the Horseheads car lot, noticed a Jeep that our daughter has been asking for. Stopped in right before they closed on Thursday gave Jason and Abigail all his information. Unfortunately he called me at work around 12:30 Friday and asked me to call Abigail to give her more information. With in a hour we heard back and the car was ours. Friday evening after work I stopped up to sign papers and to surprise our daughter with her new Jeep. We pulled in the lot around 5:15 Friday night. They had her Jeep all cleaned and made sure it had a full tank of gas and handed her a DD gift card.....well there is more. We live in Pa. Licensing and tittling a vehicle is different in PA then NY. They gave us a dealer plate and a check to take to our notary first thing Saturday morning. Not knowing who we were and meeting them 10 minutes prior we were able to drive away Friday evening with our new Jeep. Making our daughter dreams come true. I am have never meet a group of people that went over the top to make this so simple. When I am ready to upgrade my vehicle I will be stopping by Snell automotive. 5 stars service!

I purchased a 2012 F-150 on April 1st. A few days later I noticed that I only had heat on the driverside , when the AC was used it did not blow cold air on the passenger side only driver side. I called Sara and informed her of the problem. She told me to take it to the local garage that they use , where the problem would be fixed as it was still covered under the 30 day warranty. On the day that I had my appointment to go the the garage , I noticed I was leaking antifreeze. (Wonderful) when I showed up to the garage I asked them if they could check why it was leaking. Come to find out I had a bad head gasket. I called Sara and told her my situation , she was just as surprised as I was. However she informed me that this would be covered under the 30 day warranty and not to worry. I definitely would recommend snell auto for your next vehicle purchase. I'm sure I will be a returning customer when the time comes for another vehicle.

I purchased a nice used 5 year old vehicle that had an unforseen prob, not engine related, but the nice people at snells actually went above and beyond to make right. I don't know their policy on inspecting the vehicles they sell only mine runs well and for great service for what I believe they surely didn't know about! I also felt they gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Found the car that I wanted and was in my new to me vehicle before lunch! Would do business with again.

Just had work done on our vehicle that would not have been covered by warranty if not for Chris Shores stepping up and taking care of it. A huge thank you from the Clarks. You just earned our business for life.

Me and my fiancé had a really great experience here! The young lady that did our car sale was very nice, polite, talkative, and kind. I expressed my questions and never once got a “rude” reply back. When we got there she asked if we needed help and I told her we were just looking and then she left us to look around the lot. Much better then other car lots we have been too! They even made sure to bring our car in the shop to make sure everything was okay before we pick it up later this week! It felt like “home” sitting there and talking to her and signing paper work. They also called me back today like they said they would to fill me in about the car. We will definitely be going back to do business with them again in the future!

I just paid their notary service to title an old jet ski and a trailer. Snell's charged $85 as their fee for each transaction, $170 total for a few minutes work. Ridiculous. I called a couple of other places after the fact that do they same work, and their fees were less than half of what Snell's charge. I'm not saying they don't do good work, but you'll pay more for it.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain with 112,000 miles on it. I bought a warranty I was told was required to be on it, was later told that it wasn't required. The car had a check engine light on the light that the dealership said they'd take care of. They never ended up taking care of it. The engine ended up blowing up in the middle of December during a snow storm. I had to rent another car for a month to get the motor replaced which wasn't covered under the warranty. Found out later that the front brakes were put on incorrectly causing them to wear 4 times faster than normal. I then just found out that they put 1 walmart brand tire on it and 3 other to pass the inspection and I'm now replacing all four tires because it's an AWD vehicle.

Snells sold us a very unreliable vehicle. Since the first week we had it we ran into issues. Break issues, transmission issues, heater core issues. It’s been an absolute nightmare. We have a 2 yr old and this jeep has broken down several times on the side of the road and luckily she wasn’t in the jeep but if she was I would have been a mess. Every single time we have called them, they have told us there is nothing they can do. I’m tired of putting money into this piece of junk they sold us. Now that I have read other reviews I can see why they are rated a low dealership. I highly do NOT recommend Snells.

Wouldn't recommend bought a 2017 jeep from them and had all kinds of issues I've dumped lots of money into it and still am everything that went wrong with it the warranty didn't cover the guy that sold it to me got fired after I bought the car. Bought the car for 15k and dumped a lot of money into it and still am!
