I took a friend who needed to get a vehicle, and other places he went to purchase didn't work out. He was kinda bummed out about it, so I checked around, and we came here. I told him to stay positive, and he was doubtful. The universe heard my thoughts and introduced him to John the bubbly salesman. John, who was happy to try to make something work, we did not know that there was a special guy named Tim who had these magical powers, and he put a smile on my friend face he was able to get him a vehicle. Some might say he was doing his job to make a sale, but that was not the case. Their souls were amazing. The whole experience was worth it. Tim also took the time to come outside and talk to me about vehicles for my daughter's first car. I would like to thank everyone in there whose energy had the place lit up. B & B Automotive IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Let me tell u I don’t do reviews unless a company truly stands out. First off I walked in 15 min before closing with HORRIBLE CREDIT AN NOT MUCH OF A DOWN PAYMENT about $2000 an my credit was shot I’ve been trying to clean it up for so long an it seemed nothing I did would make a difference I was in the mid 400s tbh just to give u a clearer picture I sat down with Jose an he was honest with me an said I have 3 cars if u wanna look I I chose a car he was so patient with me he was supposed to be home with his family but instead he took the time to make sure I understood everything no cutting corners. This man went above an beyond for me that night an has a heart of gold. I can’t tell u how truly amazing , Honest , trustworthy this company is .. So yes I absolutely Recommend them to everyone I know an also to all of u .. they will take great care of u there I did my research for 4 mths before I found them an decided to go there just look at their reviews they speak for themselves I haven’t found not one negative review that says a lot!! Great experience especially when dealing with picking out a new car, which we all know can be stressful. They are more prepared for endure the wait. Great selection of cars, referral bonus(look into it. Pays car off faster), movie theater with large seating and refreshments. Traveled a distance to get here and later on referred family.

My experience was very pleasant! The staff were friendly and the showroom was very nice and relaxing. I bought an SUV that was fairly priced the finance terms were very clear. My salesman, Leighton was wonderful to work with. I was nervous about a big purchase but he made me feel very comfortable by explaining the terms thoroughly.

My husband scheduled my appointment with B&B Automotive last Saturday and I left with my car the same day! The place is beautiful and the representatives are all pleasant. B&B Automotive staff went over and beyond with helping me with my car purchase. I knew from the time I made the initial phone call that I was ready to give them my business. Stephanie talked me through the whole process, and explained it better than any other dealership I worked with. I can tell she genuinely cared. And then Tim, my sales guy didn’t just make me feel like I was just an ordinary customer. He went over and beyond as well to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. They even have a movie room!! Which was perfect for my best friend and her 2 young daughters to enjoy while I was signing papers! If part of your assessment of service is the quality of the sales rep then request Leighton. Easily one of the most customer friendly reps I have ever worked with in any type of retail encounter. No pressure, give options, finds solutions to any obstacles and his post sale work is incredible. It would be impossible to to give his grade anything other than an A+

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2018 Equinox. Leighton took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle and he was very kind. He and Tommy worked very hard to get us a great deal and they really took the time to listen to what we wanted. They really came through for us!

Now I have my own positive opinion.
My great experience started with customer service ( Alexis) she was kind and friendly, she answered every concern, also sent me great information!
Next was the sales manager Leighton.
He was not only professional, he was thorough. He crossed every T and dotted every i ! He showed compassion in what he does and was very courteous, and was a wealth of information throughout the whole process.
His boss was great too!
I highly recommended this dealership, I left out of there not only with a great car, I left very satisfied customer
