They help me out on a problem

Never heard of this company till few days ago when i got a letter to pay a fee to UPS. First off what company does not have a working phone number, i called few times to get this figured out but the phone call will ring once, beeps there times and the call will end.

Another problem i have is the letter says Montreal Quebec yet the website says something else, other websites says other addresses. The website has no canada info, it ask for zip code, there is no Ontario in the list.

i ended up calling UPS and payed through the phone, i got the statement on my bank. I just think that i will later on keep getting emails or letters and calls from these guys, i seen lot of reviews that people still getting letters even tho they payed the fee through UPS.

Well i will see what happens next, but for sure this company needs better support, fix the phone lines so people can call you that would be a good start

If you get a call from these jokers first of all do NOT give any personal information. Second find out what they claim you owe and to whom. Third call that place and double check.

They had dates I had been in the hospital and knew who my insurance was but nothing else. Not even my address.

They claimed I owed a bill from two medical places and when I called those medical places they had no record of the bill and didn't know who the company was. When I called back, RMS said it had been filed with insurance so I checked my insurance....nothing. These people are scammers. Politely, ok maybe not politely :) , tell them you've contacted the company, the debt doesn't exist and move on with life.

These guys break the law. Theyre looking for a distant relative of mine who I don't even talk to. And the guy called and said we have you listed as their home phone number, when in fact this person doesn't even know my number. Theyre allowed 1 call when they skip trace but even after I've explained that I don't talk to this person the guy keeps calling me and harassing me even going as far as calling me names when I don't even owe them money. I've decided at this point that if I get one more call I'm taking them to court.

Such a horrible company. If I was able to leave no stars I would. There customer service is completely horrible! I made a payment in full for something on my credit score and it has yet to be reported. I had no issues getting through to a live person in regards to making my payment but now that its been made i have yet to get anyone. I have left numerous voicemails and yet no call back.

FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! THE REPRESENTATIVE I HAD DIDNT EVEN WANT TO PASS ME THROUGH TO A SUPERVISOR THAT I REQUESTED AND TRIED TO HAVE ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE I ORGINALLY SPOKE TO. FINALLY SPOKE TO THE "SUPERVISOR" AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE.

They've been trying to collect a debt of a deceased relative. There was no estate to collect on it was insolvent. And I wasn't responsible for the estate anyway. They are just grasping at straws trying to find someone who will pay whatever debt this is....they won't even tell me what that debt is. Horrible company.

Terrible collections company. We just spoke to an Ed Arana, who was useless. We had a collection debt we found from years ago for a few hundred dollars on our credit report. It is marked as "Paid in Full," but their previous attempts to collect it are listed as separate debts. So instead of one "Paid In Full" collection listing, we have three, with two not being listed as paid, even though they were. Ed Arana refused to give us a letter to send the credit bureau to correct the mistaken listing. Terrible.

This company called to inform me about a bill I had. I've now called them for two weeks attempting to get info.They don't return calls.

Listed a Colection on me fro 200 dollars! I have contacted everyone that I do business with and I owe NOTHING to any of them. This is a scam outfit just trying to snake money from people.

What an unprofessional business. I have been calling for weeks and never is anyone available. I dont see how in the world will they ever collect anything. I give them an F-

Been harassing me for months over a debt that is not real! They are scammers looking to acquire your name and social! Don't give them anything!

I cannot get anyone to send me a receipt, return phone calls, or make necessary changes. Totally unprofessional

This company is so bad, awful! stay away and block them from contacting you if you can
