Excellent experience with our sales person, Drew H. He was professional, friendly, informative, and patient. We appreciated each of these qualities in Drew. We didn't feel pressured, which was important to us.
Drew walked us through reviewing two separate vehicles, allowing us to make the best decision for ourselves.
Financial office staff (Jessica?) was friendly and helpful to us as well.
So far, we're happy with the car and the support from those we have worked with in purchasing the car.

However during closing Mark was very nice and joyful until I turned down an option he provided, immediately his attitude changed badly. It was very awkward continuing in the room with him after but we got it done because I was there for so long. Overall a pretty good experience!

Our Salesman John Howley was great! We purchased a Chevy Bolt EUV which are hard to come by but luckily they had it and explained everything we needed to know about going electric!

Check in was fast. The gentleman that checked me in helped me figure out the WI-FI password. All service was completed quickly. The gentleman that checked me in also checked me out, he was very courteous, a great employee.

I took advantage of the free oil change for my car’s extended warranty. They also went ahead and rotated the tires and fixed the air pressure while it was there for service. Unfortunately they do not take appointments on Saturdays, so I arrived by 8:45am. They had my vehicle ready by 10:30am. It was a nice surprise that they had taken care of the tire rotation while I was there.
