Davis the salesman, was very helpful and patient. He worked with my wife and I just came in and sealed the deal. Awesome folks, great prices and service. Gave me good value on my trade in. My sales rep, Shelly and the manager on the northeast Philly location got everything done in a couple of hours including bringing my Toyota RAV4 from a location thirty minted away to their location for a test drive. I just bought my car there, yesterday. As far as customer service goes, Shelly was FANTASTIC! We went in with a budget and idea of what type of car, but not specific make and model. She helped us narrow it down and got me a great trade-in on my old car.

Everyone at Enterprise we’re really polite and transparent with me about my car situation, and made sure to find a car that was best fit for me.
