The Milford House

I’m usually pretty difficult rater. Came here on a Monday which is different menu with small portions. Let me say, food as amazing and very fresh. Oysters were very clean, food presentation was excellent. Def recommend.

I ate the salmon which was amazing.
The hubby ate the fish and chips which was the biggest fish I had ever seen.
Everything was delicious and the service was awesome.

New Years Day Brunch was amazing

Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. The shepherd's pie and salmon entree were outstanding. The meatloaf looked great. Clams and oysters are prominent on their menu.

Amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the Cod. Had a very nice Martini. Dessert was homemade and fabulous. Highly recommend. Service was very attentive as well.

The Milford house feels like a local hidden gem. The food is amazing quality. They have a new menu every day. The fresh ingredients and perfect portion size let you try many delicious new things without feeling like you have to roll yourself home. Family feeling atmosphere and great service. I've gone for a tapas night and a trivia night and really enjoyed both. Wouldn't mind bringing the kids but love it for a romantic datenight.

We went for a special 7 course titNci themed menu. It was stunning amazing food. Service was great and the after dinner drinks tasty. All around a great spot can't wait to go back. Lovely hidden gem with a talented chef.

Just went there for the first time since it opened under the latest owners. Really great place. Staff is very friendly and extremely attentive, the atmosphere is cozy and warm and the oysters...just wow. We went there on "Tapas Night" so it wasn't their full menu, but I'm looking forward to heading back soon.

Dinner for 5 on July 23, 2022. Food and service was excellent. Love their house garlic salad-just the right amount of garlic & EVOO. Monk fish was cooked to perfection. No complaints from anyone in our party. Atmosphere is lovely.

A hidden gem in Milford, NJ right across the Delaware River from Upper Black Eddy, PA. Phenomenal food and service with tasty clam
chowder, the freshest oysters, delicious garlic salad, pork Milanese & the most decadent chocolate cake with a peanut butter frosting! Did I mention the decadent cocktails and very sweet and attentive staff? Will definitely return 💕

My favorite restaurant of all time! A great place to get dinner or just grab a drink at the bar. Milford House has amazing food and service. They have a great variety of beers on tap, as well as a full service bar. Would highly recommend!

We just had - yet another amazing dinner at The Milford House! We have been coming here for the last two years many times and the meals we have enjoyed have consistently thrilled us! The setting is intimate and comfortable - or you can sit in the bar for a more lively and friendly experience. The fresh oysters are a must! Tonight we also enjoyed the mussels appetizer which was out of this world - cooked perfectly and served with an incredible tarragon cream sauce. Dinner was equally amazing - we also enjoyed a very reasonably priced lovely bottle of wine. The service is like coming home for a holiday dinner. We were warmly welcomed and treated like family. We love it here - please give it a try - you’ll love it too!

It is great to have NYC quality food in hunterdon county!!! I had the oysters and the flat iron. Iron steak my wife had the fish and chips, the food was excellent!!! Mary our waitress was outstanding!!! She will be one of the reasons we will go back, A+ experience.

Such a great experience. The wait staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. They have many different options to choose from between specials, & oysters that change weekly. The price is very reasonable too. I like how the restaurant does not include sides as that allows you to choose your own. It is also nice how there is a tavern and a dinning room, both have the same menu. Would recommend this to everyone I know!

This place is amazing. The food was incredible! So delicious. And the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is cute too. But the food makes you forget you are in such a small town where amazing food like this is a hit or miss at local restaurants. A bit pricey for the area, but worth it for an incredible meal and fresh seafood.
