The customer service at this dealership is top notch!! Also I visited this dealership as a walk-in for a oil change and I was out of there in a hour with my oil change and a free wash.

I have been bringing all my cars there for years. Very honest and knowledgeable employees.

Late Thursday night I drove out to Southampton to put the spare on my Grandmothers Rogue that she leased from O’Neill — and recently bought out. She brings it in for a new tire, and waited over 2 hours for a tire replacement which is an incredible wait to begin with. On top of that, the Technician did NOT secure the spare back in the trunk, he placed it in upside down, and left every tool and trim panel just piled on top of it. Left this up to my 84 year old Widowed-Grandmother to situate. On top of even that, the new tire installed was installed without the Valve Stem Cap, and at 34 psi, every other tire was 31, so they didn't check and even the other pressures. This discrepancy left the TPMS light on, and when mentioned to the Receptionists, they just said driving will fix it. Which it did not. Now, I work for a Mercedes Dealership, tires are replaced in less than 45 mins, even with a quick replacement, you top off ALL pressures, and reset the Monitor. This is just the epitome of laziness and poor customer service. I am strongly advising my Grandmother and everyone else to avoid O’Neill’s Service Department.

Less than 1 year bought, less than 15k driven, $1500 for inspection ~ rotted exhaust, tie rod, brakes shot! This dealership stinks! They knew, this is ridiculous. CAUTION, CAUTION!!!

Worst customer service. No respect or hospitality to the customers.
