Service department rocks! I had my two year old car towed to McCafferty service department late Friday afternoon. They kept me up to date via text and calls and my car was repaired and ready early the next morning.

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Fred Bean Kia they also own Fred Bean Ford same location. This time I have a 2021 Kia Teller ride I enjoy every time I buy a vehicle from these guys they seem to be the most honest out of all dealerships I've ever been to. Buying a second car from McCafferty's (Fred Beans Auto Group) was a wonderful experience. I got a great car and deal. A special shout-out to Tom Ervin, salesman, and Sean Lipschultz, who got me great financing with the help of Josh Havier. All three worked very hard to handle my situation. And they did it with good humor as well, making the whole experience actually fun. I will definitely go back to them if/when I need another car.
