Existing tub and walls removed on Day 1. New walk-in shower installed and finished on Day 2. Very confident with completed work. Salesman, Jim Taddeo was very easy to work with and very accessible via phone when it came to making everything work smoothly. No hidden costs. Everything was explained up front and worked out perfectly. Reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Well to start, I'd like to say that I rarely write reviews for anything, but everything about dealing with Bath Fitter was A#1. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. I first talked to Carrie, who set up my appointment with Mike Meili, who came to the house to give me an estimate for my tub to walk in shower
conversion. I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge, and believe me when I say the estimate was way less than any of the 7 others I had already obtained. I wish I could remember the project manager's name. He went over everything in detail with me and set up an install date. As far as the installation, I couldn't have been more pleased. Jessie and Connor arrived at 8:00 AM and were polite and made sure we were comfortable. These two were amazing and their work was top notch. They were done at 1:30 PM and my bathroom was actually cleaner when they left. My shower is beautiful, thanks to Bath Fitter. I highly recommend them.

Best remodeling experience ever. Completely tore out and installed a new shower that is absolutely fabulous. No regrets!!

We had an extremely positive experience with Bath Fitter. When we had an issue with our bath tub, the company advised us that all repairs were covered under warranty and honored said warranty without charging us a penny. Very professional and prompt, very courteous, and overall we had a great experience with the company. On this experience alone, we'd give them a 10 out of 5 if we could!

Very professional representatives from office staff, salesperson, and the technicians. They installed a shower stall which included plumbing, and the finished product looked fantastic and met my high standards with attention to detail. Technicians were friendly and respected my property, and even covered the floors and the bathroom fixtures. I highly recommend Bath Fitter !

Jim Taddeo was awesome to work with from Bath Fitters! He was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in choosing the best features for our tub/shower remodel.

They just an amazing job and very quickly. It is like a whole new bathroom now after their installation. And great that we were able to get some handlebars to help the more elderly relative visit.

So far, very friendly. They were not pushy at all. I will give another thorough after my kitchen is done in the summer.

Very long process for tiny bathroom remodel. Employees who actually did the labor were very good. Salesperson Jeff not responsive after sale completed. Difficult to resolve issues with incorrect sizing of items installed.

Had a salesman come in April as the bottom of our tub was coming loose and making a cracking noise. Said they would order us another surround and tub. Would take 6-8 weeks. Never heard from them. Called in May and said they were waiting on a part?? It’s all one piece. Called again latter part of June. The girl I talked to said she couldn’t find anything on it and that she would have to talk to her supervisor. She got back to me and said it was ordered around the second week of June. Really?? Now this is mid September, it will be going on six months shortly. Have never heard from them. I would not use this company, especially if you would need a repair or replacement. They are eager when you are buying new though.

The salesman confused orders and they installed the wrong Color all around. Weeks later they installed the correct color. Bought my own tub and shower faucet, couldn’t use that particular shower for weeks and you would think you could “trust Bathfitter” to do the right thing but they still charged me the full amount. That’s not taking care of your customer at all. The slightest of discount would have spoken volumes for Bathfitter but no. Don’t trust them.

I visited the Cranberry location today and customer service was terrible. The gentleman who was working today had no interest in helping me and giving me info. There where NO other customers in the showroom! Very disappointed…..
