This is one great place for buying your next used car. All the vehicles are in tip top shape and the service is very good. Michael was very helpful and respectful to all my concerns. The salesman was friendly, there was no rush and didn't try to “push” anything. He listened and was very accommodating, he was also thorough and knowledgeable. Had my eye on a completely different vehicle for a higher price when I found the "ONE" for less money.
This guy never skipped a beat and was happy to show me whatever I wanted. I believe he was happy because I was happy.
This was the easiest dealership I have worked with and highly recommend them.

I came in already knowing which vehicle I wanted, and he guided me through the entire process step by step, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed me all of the features on the vehicle as well as letting me test drive the vehicle before taking this BEAUTIFUL BEAST home!! Michael even had a smile on his face the entire time, putting my mind at ease every step of the way before the deal was finalized, a true professional from start to finish... I was looking to purchase a truck when I came across one online that peaked my interest. When I called Divan Auto Group to inquire about it I was greeted by a friendly employee who proceeded to answer my questions. I was then referred to the location where the vehicle was located, and that's where/when Michael took over. From the start he was very accommodating and professional. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make any quick decisions. As a matter of fact, Michael was quite generous with his time despite dealing with other customers. He also extended that same courtesy to others from my observations. I spent a few hours looking over the vehicle, including taking it for a test drive, and asking more questions about the truck and it's history. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful for many, but I was completely comfortable due to the professional and courteous atmosphere I experienced throughout the process. I'd also like to acknowledge Ryan who had the truck clean and shiny when I went to pick it up after a recent snowstorm. Thanks again Michael for helping to facilitate such a smooth transaction.

Divan Auto Group is great! I went with my dad to look at a used F 150 but ended up buying a better truck for such a great price! I wasn't a fan of the f 150 but Michael kindly showed me another truck that I ended up buying! He was so helpful and made the process very easy. He didn't try to rush me into a sale which I really appreciated. I can't wait to pick up my new truck.
