Conrad Kitchen and Bath recently completed a master bath and upstairs Hall Bath renovation project in our Home in Cranberry Township. The Conrad team's attention to detail and creative ideas during the project design phase was exceptional. Their modern showroom was a great place to review and select all of the materials needed for both spaces. Conrad Kitchen and Bath installers never show up on-site unless everything needed for the job is already in the warehouse and ready to go before they start the demo phase. Once the crew arrives on-site, they will be there every single day until the project is completed. The quality of the installation was top notch and the crew was very friendly and left the job site clean and tidy every day. We are very happy with both bathrooms and highly recommend Conrad Kitchen and Bath. I hired Conrad Kitchen & Bath to renovate my kitchen after being very happy with their renovation of my master bathroom a few years ago. Dale listened carefully to my wish list (make the area an open gathering space with more seating at the island; move the cooktop off the island; provide more and useful storage to enable me to consolidate kitchen items stored on two floors; brighten and modernize the dark, dated interior) and came up with a design that blew me away and addressed every item. Jacque put together beautiful selections that modernized the space but retained a look that complements the rest of my home's interior. The job was a total gutting and re-do that wrapped in the adjacent powder room, too. Mark and Tyler, along with Chad, worked diligently to carefully install every aspect, including relocating and converting my cooktop to gas. They were respectful, professional, efficient and meticulous. The flooring, countertop and tile subcontractors were equally good. I couldn't be happier and will enjoy using my kitchen - the hub of my house - for many years to come. Thank you, Conrad Kitchen & Bath for another outstanding home improvement!

Excellent experience working with Conrad Kitchen & Bath. I could not be happier with my bathroom remodel! I was very pleased with the work and how the state of the site was left in on completion of the bathroom remodel. The Conrad Team was outstanding and provided an exceptional job even though they had to work amongst the COVID craziness. We just finished having our kitchen and bath refreshed by the team at Conrad. The same team that started the project was the one that finished it and the caring and commitment to excellence was outstanding. They fussed over every detail and cleaned up before leaving every day, even vacuuming the entire work area. The communication between the team and the designer [Jacque] was so good that the entire project was stress free. We would never even think of using anyone else if we need more work done in the future. We highly recommend Conrad for your needs.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and downstairs renovation. The work crew was absolutely fantastic during the entire process. Dale was wonderful to work with, and continues to show great service when needed, even well beyond completion of the project.

We have done 2 complete kitchen renovations with Conrad Kitchen and Bath now in 2 different homes and we could not be happier with the service and results. Our most recent renovation included a huge kitchen remodel with stone work and reclaimed wood beam work, flooring, lighting, and even a stone fireplace. Everything from the design to the installation and follow up questions were top notch. Very professional, up-front, and timely. The guys doing the work were awesome. We enjoyed having them around and they were very patient with my countless questions. They worked every single day and showed up on time, if not earlier most days. Highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of working with Dale and his team over the last several years. We recently had our kitchen updated by them and are extremely pleased with the end result. A few years ago they did a complete remodel in our master bathroom and updated two other bathrooms for us. We have received many compliments on the work they have done. Dale and his team are very professional to work with - listen to what you want and give great suggestions to achieve the look you want. We had Conrad do a partial remodel of our kitchen, which basically included everything but replacing the cabinets and installing the wall oven. They did a fantastic job, exceeding expectations. The team was very professional, genuinely caring to do a good job and ensuring we were satisfied. This included a couple of unscheduled visits due to issues that were created by some less-than-stellar planning on our part. Despite the challenges that we undoubtedly put on their schedule, they didn't make us wait. Rather, they came out immediately and addressed the problems to ensure we could have the kitchen that we ultimately wanted. Great service. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Highly recommend - will use them again.

My wife, Marie Knapp, did the information gathering to have our galley kitchen concrete counters replaced. The sink had become deeply pitted, with fine surface cracks. Time for a fix. Purchase process and all details for install and our schedule, went smoothly. Conrad’s demo crew was spotless and quick. Installation went beautifully, no hitches with fitting, perfect placement. We had a very minor request post install with sink faucet and that was very quickly fixed. One call and done. Could not ask to be treated any better by the whole organization, top down.
Would use for next project in a heart beat !

We had our kitchen, bath, living room, fireplace, and 2 bedrooms remodeled by Conrad Kitchen & Bath. One entire floor of our house completely redone. Quality was outstanding. Professionalism was outstanding. Pricing was competitive. We are extremely happy with the results.

I had to replace my microwave/oven wall unit and needed to have the cabinet adjusted in order for it to fit. I called numerous carpenters/kitchen remodeling companies and they either did not call back or said they were too busy or the project too small for them to help me. When I called Conrad Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling however the woman that answered the phone immediately connected me with the owner, Dale. Even though his company was very busy, he carved out some time for his installer to come the following week. The adjustments needed to ensure a proper fit turned into a bigger project than anticipated but the installer, Mark, continued to spend the necessary time even though he was due back at another job. Mark took the time to explain all the work and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. It was important to me that the job be completed in time for me to use the microwave and oven for Thanksgiving dinner and Conrad Kitchen did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them as they were courteous, professional and very accommodating.

We are very pleased with the renovation completed in our home by Conrad Kitchen Bath and Remodeling. It was a large project involving many rooms and even replacing the stairs and rails. The finished product looks like something out of a magazine. Everyone at the company is very professional, but perhaps more importantly, very kind and friendly. This is the second time we have worked with Beth as a designer and are always glad to recommend her - working with her is like working with a friend.

Conrad remodeled our master bath. We tore it down to the studs and even moved around plumbing. Quality of work was some of the best that I have ever received from a contractor among all of those who have worked in my home...ever. From beginning to end, everyone involved in the project proved their dedication to a quality job. There is NOTHING that I can look at and say "it could have been done better." Mark and Tyler were at my home promptly at 8 a.m. and were there until 5 p.m. everyday. They respected my home by laying down tarps over the areas where they walked, taking other measures to minimize dust, and cleaning up at the end of the day. They included me in the process, asking for my opinion before performing certain aspects of the job, and showing/telling me what they were doing. They also were open to my questions and ideas. I was not made to feel like I was bothering them or questioning their ability. They made the remodeling process as painless as possible. Dale, the owner, worked with us from the beginning on materials, design, and the estimate. We took quite a while to make a final decision on who to hire for the job. Dale continued to check in with me along the way, offer references, and answer any questions I might have. He was patient. It was also clear he was a pro and had a lot of experience doing what we needed to have done. He had great suggestions on materials, and he regularly checked-in on the project at our home. At least once a week. Our bathroom was completely gutted. We even moved a vanity out of an adjacent hallway into the actual bathroom and made the area into a closet. Mark and Tyler worked tirelessly on sanding and staining the closet doors so they would match with our existing woodwork and look nice. They weren't happy with the way the doors turned out the first time, and re-sanded and re-stained until they were happy with the quality. The doors are amazing! I can't say enough about how great these guys are! One or two minor hiccups--not uncommon with such a large project--were handled quickly and painlessly. It's how problems are handled that makes the difference. The level of service and professionalism were outstanding. I would hire Conrad to do every project in my house in the future if they were willing and able to do them!

Our experience with Conrad Kitchen & Bath exceeded every expectation that we had with a bathroom remodel. First off, the owner Dale is a man of integrity and that is evident from the first meeting. He was a pleasure to work with and easy to trust. His values mean the most to us as it reflected in all of our business dealings and with all of his staff.

The remodel crew of Mark, Tyler, & Nathan exceeded all of our expectations. Keep in mind this was almost an 8 week remodel but it didn’t feel half that long. They were amazing to deal with. Everyone was professional and friendly. I chose Conrad based on a referral from my neighbor and how understanding Mr. Conrad was with my requests. Jacque, Becky and Dale were wonderful at the store advising on the products I chose for the remodel. The installers (James, Tyler, Mark …) were polite, answered my questions and listened to my concerns. My bathroom remodels (2) were done beautifully and as I imagined they would be. Dale and his team remodeled our master bath and a year later, our kitchen and powder room. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. During that time, the guys were extremely neat and clean, always punctual, and constantly working to make our space beautiful! They are trustworthy in addition to the work being impeccable.
