Purchased a 2013 Boss 302 mustang. Keith was fantastic to work with. Had a few issues come up after the purchase but they handled it like professionals and took care of me unlike most other dealerships that avoid customers after the sale. Fantastic all the way around.

I am friends with the Bussinger family, and I want to thank them for hooking me up with an extremely reliable Toyota. Keith was very helpful and made my experience (which I knew from the beginning would be a very pleasant one) stress free and positive. They are an awesome family and I highly recommend buying from them, I will never buy from anyone else! God Bless!

I read reviews before going to Bussinger dealership. My credit was just beginning to raise and I was afraid of getting denied for a loan!
I found the car I fell in love with, which was a 2007 Infiniti G35x. The car drive like it was brand new, the speed was unreal and I couldn't leave without. it The owner call two different banks and made it all happen. My early birthday gift to myself on 10/22/2014 I got my car!
Today I received my title! My car still drive like new and needed no work prior to purchases. Just 1 thing due to bad gas in 2018! Other than that I bought a great car from a awesome dealership! I would recommend to anybody who is out looking to buy a car! Thank you Bussinger for my dream car!

Working with the Keith and Craig was much better than working with a lot of larger dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Overall they had the truck I was looking for at a fair price, and there wasn't a lot of BS throughout the process. They allowed me to bring my vehicle to a trusted mechanic before the purchase to look things over which gave me peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle.

I was impressed to hear Keith tell me about the warranty that covered the vehicle I purchased. About 2 months after I purchased my truck I noticed that one of the wheels had been cracked and repaired before the purchase, and the crack reappeared leaving me with a flat tire. Unfortunately this was not covered under the warranty. However Keith did agree to mount and balance my old tire on the new wheel I purchased at no cost.

(See edit/update below) The only reason this is a four-star review and not five is the fact that I was told multiple times while signing the sales paperwork that they were two keys for the truck. Once everything was signed and I was walking to the truck to leave, Craig told me he only had one key but did find me a second key fob. The fobs are fairly inexpensive and easy to program at home, while a transponder key is more expensive to purchase, have cut, and have programmed (~$100). I would have remembered my purchase much more fondly if Keith had kept his word and provided me with two keys for the truck, or agreed to cover the cost of having the second key made.

UPDATE/EDIT: After seeing my review Keith reached out. Keith didn't recall the details of our conversation, but even so took full responsibility and was very apologetic. I have since received a check for the full cost of having the second key cut and programmed. I updated my review to 5 stars and will recommend Keith and his team in the future!

I was referred to Bussinger Automotive by a local mechanic who spoke very highly of the organization as well as the manager Keith M. So with that good review a went and met with Keith to purchase a used vehicle. Keith made the whole process fast and easy. That day I drove out with a beautiful Ford Explorer at a great price. Keith also gave me a warranty. After the first week of driving there were a couple mechanical issues that arose. I went back to Bussinger and met with Keith and the Service Manager Mark. They took the vehicle back for a couple days and gave me a FREE loaner car. All the issues were resolved at no cost to me. You just can't beat this type of service. When you buy a vehicle from Bussinger they do everything necessary to make things right. If you are looking for a good used vehicle I highly recommend stopping by and talking with Keith or any of his staff. You will feel comfortable and confident that you are getting a great deal. They also have a great selection of all make and model vehicles. It is a very professional and we'll run organization.

Many thanks to Keith and Craig for excellent service and an overall very pleasant experience. We travelled 4 hours to see a vehicle we found on their website, bought the vehicle, and were on our way home within a couple of hours. Our past experience with other dealerships has been that it takes the better part of a day bouncing from one member of the dealer's staff to another to complete the transaction. The folks at Bussinger were organized and treated us like family. We would definitely deal with them again despite the distance.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Bussinger Auto. This is the second time in the past few months that we have purchased a car from them and I can honestly say that they will be the only used car dealership we ever deal with in the future. Keith and Craig were absolutely awesome to work with once again. They genuinely care about their customers and their customers needs which is pretty much non existent in the used car world. Bussinger’s Automotive is an independent dealer you can trust. Keith and Craig were wonderful during the whole buying process and even afterwards. There was a minor problem with my car less than 24 hours into taking ownership of it. They sent a tow truck, provided a loaner and warrantied their work. They also checked in to make sure my car was running smoothly after it was returned to me. I bought my car in mid October and everything has been great since. Bussinger genuinely puts their customers first.

If you want a high-quality used car with low mileage and deal with sincere, friendly, accommodating businessmen then Keith & Craig at Bussinger Automotive are the guys! We picked up a beautiful, red 2009 Mustang in excellent condition last weekend and were completely satisfied with the service and sales process! Can't recommend highly enough!

I relied on the google reviews in purchasing my 2015 Tesla here. I can attest that all the great things folks have to say about Bussinger's are true. I live in upstate New York and felt confident about buying my car sight-unseen because of their well-earned reputation for honesty and fair-dealing. In my case, I paid a fair price for my Tesla. It was in mint condition, as promised, and Keith spent about an hour and a half teaching me about owning and driving a Tesla. Great people -- I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I typically do not go through used car dealerships, but Bussinger had the exact car I wanted so I checked them out and I was glad I did. Looking at the inventory they carry and how well the cars were maintained, I immediately knew this was not your typical used car dealer. I worked with Keith, we came to an agreement and I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went. I would recommend Bussinger to anyone looking for a slightly used quality car.

Surprising as it is, without reading any reviews before deciding to check out Bussinger Automotive I can say I made the best decision I could possibly make . Keith and Craig made the experience flawless. My girlfriend and I were worried about being able to find a nice car and stay in our budget, but Keith went over and beyond to make it happen. No pressure, not regrets and we are now proud owners of a 2018 Audi Q3 with very low miles and a fantastic price. And they didn't run our credit through the mud to find a loan. Keith was very precise on who he tried out. Not like big dealers that hit a button an watch it shoot out to 30 different lenders . They listen to what you want and they do what's needed to make it reality. Thank you guys again ,we will definitely be back for our next car!

We live in Florida and found a beautiful Isuzu Rodeo on CarFax that Keith at Bussinger Automotive had posted online. We called him and spent nearly an hour asking questions about the vehicle. Keith patiently answered our questions and volunteered to supply us with more photos and video. He was great! The only thing keeping us from buying remote was our own Florida mechanic knows I am short and a four wheel drive would be a tough fit for me to get into. Otherwise, we would have absolutely no qualms purchasing a vehicle from Keith and having it shipped to Florida.

Keith and Frank represent honest straight forward sales and personal service that other dealerships fall far short of these days. It was a pleasure dealing with these two gentlemen of their word of integrity. Also the service mgr., Mark, also dis a great job making sure I was happy before I drove off in my awesome Dodge Challenger which I'm so excited I found. I have been meaning to write this review for quite sometime now. I purchased a Mercedes Benz from Bussinger and had the good fortune in dealing with Keith. I have never felt more comfortable in a car dealership. He was very helpful, straightforward and took care of all items as promised on time. Will definitely recommend buying from Bussinger.

After my car was totaled a friend of mine Anthony ,highly recommended this place .I called them on the phone and told him how much I wanted to spend ,and ask them what they had. I decided to take a drive over ,and the first car that I saw ,that Keith had recommended I purchased. They worked with me ,and went out of there way for me. Its been two months since I purchased my 2016 Volvo XC70 and I've put over 4,000 miles on it, car has been flawless. I took a train down from CT to pick the car up, Craig picked me up at the train station and Keith had the paperwork all set when I walked in. Consummate professionals.
