I have older A/C wall units to maintain that few places will service anymore. Very happy that Goodco Mechanical is one of them. Colin took care of cleaning each one thoroughly with care and precision. I look forward to relying on my A/C for years to come, as a result. I highly recommend. Thanks!

We used to have Barry B. as our technician and he was wonderful- very knowledgeable and customer service friendly. He has left and we were placed in the hands of Colin, who was also wonderful to work with. Can't say that about all technicians this day and age. We love our Mitsubishi mini split system even after all these years. Good investment and good staff!

Had a new HVAC system put in around 3 months ago - Company was professional and prompt in their correspondences and the install team was friendly and did a great job. The system has performed flawlessly since install (as you would expect from a new system) and I have a 12 year parts warranty on it too, with 2 years of free maintenance - Definitely glad I went with Goodco Mechanical!

Octavio and Shane were professional and did. Great job installing our new coil and condenser. Goodco also provided great communication throughout the process.

Excellent maintenance on our heat pump and mini split installed by Goodco a few years ago. Keep up through service contract and all techs who have been at the house are friendly and helpful.

Tavi and Dallas were very professional and personable. They took care to use shoe covers so they wouldn't track dirt into the house, they cleaned up after the install and they explained the operation of the remote controls very well and referred us to the manual for any further information we may need. They work well together and are a valuable part of the GoodCo team. Also, Colin, Jeff and Megan are valuable team member and a pleasure to work with. Brian the service tech is always courteous and professional as well as being friendly.

I was in a position of having my oil boiler not working properly. I had made multiple calls to smaller supposed heating contractors for repairs, to try and get it repaired, and many were too busy to help. I started mid-summer, plenty of time to get it repaired.

One came and looked (Kyle-Kodiak HVAC), and after waiting for months he would not return my calls after telling me he would/could do the repairs before the heating season.

One bigger Company sent someone to look at it, charged me $94 for a service call, told me they would send me a proposal for repairs. I called them after 3 weeks after hearing nothing. They would not return my calls. I had my girl call, and they did call her back. They said they could NOT do repairs, or even install a new boiler. and have refused to return our payment for not actually doing any work, and not fulfilling their end of the contract which was presented by the technician.

DO NOT USE TRIANGLE HEATING and COOLING, or KODIAK HVAC! It was now close to the end of October, and I still had NO HEAT. I am sure they had heat at their house, and were not especially concerned that I did NOT!

My boiler is a newer hi-tech Burnham, which requires it to be fine-tuned with a flue gas analyzer for proper operation. I was told by many of the smaller contractors that it wasn't needed, adjusting it by sound/flame was sufficient, and an analyzer was expensive and not needed. They are WRONG, my boiler was sooting up for exactly that reason. It was burning too rich, and was clogged up with soot.

I called Goodco, and they sent out Don within a week. He arrived, and got a few items from his truck. He grabbed a tool bag, vacuum, and a grey plastic case. I asked him what was in the case, and he told me it was a FLUE GAS ANYLIZER! I was glad I finally found someone who knew what was needed to properly do the job.

Don said that he had only been with Goodco for about 3 months, and my advice to Goodco is to keep him in your organization because he is going to be a great asset and employee. He is professional, knowledgeable, and had my boiler up and running (properly) in no time. I highly recommend GOODCO and DON for any of your heating needs, they are a great company. If you call a smaller contractor, you do so at your own risk/demise.

I now have heat, and will no longer waste my time on people who think they know it all, and do not have the proper knowledge or equipment to do the job correctly. Thanks to all at Goodco, I will recommend you to everyone who may need repairs, you are a great company, and I am so glad I found you. I will have you back yearly to properly go over my heating system and make sure it is tuned and running properly!

Octavo and Shane did a magnificent job installing my furnace, air filter and humidifier. Everything was taken care of. No lose ends.

Goodco was great! The installers were polite and on time and they cleaned up their work area promptly. Office staff was responsive and knowledgeable and polite. Best of all, Goodco got my heating system back together (new gas boiler and expansion tank) just in time for the Xmas 2022 Polar Vortex! They even loaned me a space heater until they finished the job! 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone at GoodCo has been exceptional. Megan, Mike, and Barry have all worked with me to fix my AC and furnace issues. They were all polite, professional, and extremely patient. Definitely use this company for your mechanical needs.

By far Goodco's preventative maintenance service that they recently performed under contract was the most thorough that I have ever seen a company perform. Alan and his fellow technician were incredibly professional and performed the job with, well a passion. It is truly a joy to see people who take pride in their work.

I have been using Goodco for decades. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my unit during that time. I'm also on a maintenance plan with them.

During their latest visit a problem was discovered with my A/C. Michael handled the issue quickly, professionally and since I'm on a maintenance plan, I received a discount on the work required to fix it.

Nate and Shane installed our new Bryant gas furnace and AC. They worked in a focused and efficient manner and even tidied up the work areas after they were done. They kindly answered all our questions about operation and maintenance, showing us how the new thermostat worked, how to access and change the filter, and advising us where to buy replacement filters. Our previous HVAC system had finally met its end due to old age, and we are grateful that Goodco could schedule us in and install our new system while the season/temperature was still mild.

We have also used Goodco for repairs (on our old system) and maintenance check-ups and we're always impressed with how quickly they're able to come out and help us when we have a problem. We really value and appreciate that kind of prompt response and availability.

Om November 21 & 22nd 2022 Goodco Installed a complete, new Bryant HVAC system. The system seems to run flawlessly but I have as yet to experience any savings on my electric bill. I can't get the thermostat to work with my iPhone. In any case, the young gentlemen that installed the new unit were wonderful. They were friendly, arrived at the promised time and cleaned up everything when they were done. Count me as a new fan of Goodco. Should the need arise, I will use them again and have recommended them to others. Thanks, Goodco, your company was great as well as fairly priced.
