Otterside Animal Hospital

So glad we switched o Otterside for our cat's care. Everyone at Otterside is nice and caring. I feel so much better knowing my cat is seeing a vet that cares about animals and their quality of life first and foremost. They never try to push unnecessary medicine or procedures, and the prices are fair.

I can’t recommend Otterside enough. It seems like their prices are reasonable with excellent care and service. My DJ was well cared for.

We love Dr. Crossman and staff. We’ve never been unpleased with a visit. They have taken very good care of Blue over the years and we’ve sent many other fur friends their way. Always easy to get seen, especially when urgent. They have always been able to squeeze us in. Thank you Otterside!! 🐾

Sure, we can always do a little better. However, Gunner did very well and was happy. And as always, I was pleased. I trust, Dr. Crossman, and that pleases Gunner and his human.

ROBIN Crossman and his staff to me is nimble one. Have been going to him for years and cannot sat one bad thing about him or his staff I would recommend him to anyone!!!!

This is a wonderful vet practice. The employees are super nice and friendly, the techs take excellent care and interest in my pups, and Dr.Crossman is a knowledgeable and superb vet.

The vet took the time to listen to my concerns about medications for my dog's arthritis & pain. We came up with a plan together, weighing the benefits, & negatives, of one treatment over another. I wasn't made to feel like I didn't have a say in my dog's treatment plan. I really appreciated his concerns & gentleness with my old girl.

Bailey is a mischievous, rambunctious puppy who, has kept us on and Otterside on our toes. Dr. Crossman fits her right in without skipping a beat. We are grateful, thankful and blessed to have Otterside as our Vet.

I switched to Otterside from a vet much closer to home because of their Fear Free certification, and it's absolutely worth the drive. All of the staff were kind and considerate, they diagnosed a bladder infection that had been missed by my previous vet, and both me and my rescue puppy were very happy and at ease. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
