Nova Trattoria

I was craving Italian pasta, so I did some research for good Italian that isn’t ridiculously expensive. This is what I landed with. I was very happy. Reasonable prices and likely the BEST rigatoni vodka pasta my husband and I have ever had. The sauce was perfect (not too salty or sweet and a perfect balance of cheese and tomato flavor). I added chicken, and it came with a lot. The soup and bread that it came with were fresh, warm, and delicious too. Definitely would come back!! The workers were also nice. Great place

Tiny, very tiny place, but food was excellent, good sized portions, and very reasonably priced. Didn't get pizza, just entrees. Will definitely be coming back.

Pizza was delicious, penne vodka was outstanding, staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Really delicious!

First off, the service was great. Waiters are so nice and attentive and really care for their customers. The food is phenomenal. Literally the best cheesesteak I’ve ever ate, and the best pasta too. We ordered rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was unbelievably delicious. The garlic knots and bread were also incredible and super fresh. If I could describe the food in one word—heavenly. And the value is incredible. Great prices for such delectable food. My mouth is watering just writing this review! You have to, have to, have to come here! So good!

Best pizza selection

Me and my partner moved to this side of town a few months ago, our first night in our new place we ordered from nova! We were all blown away by how good the food was, the staff is always pleasant over the phone when placing the order and when you walk in the vibe you get is that you feel like family! 10/10 would recommend this place to all my local friends and family

One of, if not the best pizzas in Ewing. Excellent sauce, crispy crust. The cheesesteaks are great too 5/5

Looking forward to coming here more, but stopped in for a slice of Buffalo Chicken on a rainy monday a while back. Owner was super nice, and the Buffalo Chicken was very good, Generous with grilled chicken tossed in sauce. Solid, not skimpy. Hope these guys see more business for years to come.

This place meets all of the marks. I’m quite impressed by this Italian Delivery spot! From the pleasant, patient, and helpful gentleman who answered the phone, to the speedy and friendly delivery person, right down to the three course meal, I have only good things to say. The rigatoni was delightfully al dente. The sauce was perfectly fresh and well seasoned, and the meatballs tasted like grandma’s homemade. Even the salad was delicious. Last, but certainly not least, as per the gentleman’s recommendation, I had the cannoli. This was the first time I have ever ordered a cannoli and it did not have a refrigerator taste. It was excellent, and the strawberries were fresh as well. Can’t wait to try again.

The new location in West Trenton is a little cramped compared to the old location, but the food is still phenomenal! Pizza is awesome with a delicious sauce, a crispy & thin crust, as well as fresh toppings! No canned mushrooms here.

This is an owner-chef run restaurant. Owner takes pride in the qualiry of food and it shows. In my opinion, the Brooklyn pie (with my favorite toppings - sausage, garlic and spinach) is fantastic. All the friends I shared it with have loved the taste.

Very delicious & prices are more than reasonable. We ordered pizza, eggplant parm, meatball parm sandwich & chicken cheesesteak. All fantastic.

The slices are always great. The Italian Stromboli is amazing with a blend of green peppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese in a crispy dough and with a side of their marinara sauce.

Delivers to my sister. Always nice and hot pizza..mauricio is nice. Amazing pizza. Have to try their other dishes. But. Like the pie so much..keep ordering it. Lol. 5 stars for sure...😊

Never had a bad experience. Order at least once a week. Great veggie pie, good cheese steaks.
