Walked in there clueless , but wanted to learn about vaping and Austin did not disappoint. He helped me pick out the best kit for me and I left confident and was very happy with the service. Thanks Austin I know it was your first day by yourself.

This place is awesome, prices are super reasonable The owner and employees are very helpful. Twice I've gone in and they've put together a new vaporizer for me. They also have a point system the owner has devised so each dollar you spend earns you a point and If you get say 50 points you get a free vape juice 200 points is you know a free vaporizer these aren't exact but you get my gist. Every third time I go in it seems like I'm redeeming one full free bottle of vape juice. It is SO affordable compared to Vermont. At my previous vape shop I was spending $100 for three small bottles of vape juice at this shop I get three big bottles plus coils for like 70 bucks. Amazing. They also have a pool table a nice couch and what I assume is a gaming TV. So people hypothetically could hang out there.

This place is amazing! At first pulling up to the store it doesn't look like much, but upon entering it blew my mind. This is a classy vape store. It has great lighting and a great selection. There is a pool table and a lounge in the store! I highly recommend this place.👍👍👍

Very large juice selection mainly fruit and desert blends only have a few tobacco blends. Staff members are always nice and willing to help. Also know their products very well. Recommend good flavors to. Would shop here again.

Wonderful shop with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They have a massive selection and they're always getting new items in. One minor area they could expand upon is how many coils they carry to prevent running out so quickly. The vibe is very inviting and is like a lounge I actually want to hang out at. Over all, 5/5.

Came in to get juice for a buddy from Massachusetts, the young man behind the counter was very polite and professional, very friendly. Found a shop I’m comfortable going in. Will be back.

This is a really nice vape store. Great customer service, good product selection, good prices. The store is well laid out, attractive and welcoming. A nice bar with bottle and product shelving and a cozy lounge area with sofa and chairs. Worth the drive from anywhere.

The atmosphere here is awesome, unlike any vape store around. Selection is quite large and the staff was extremely friendly!

Very helpful and there vape juice suggestions are pretty on point. Very nice atmosphere. Always reccomend people go here. They have a rewards program too!

While they seemed to have a few aliens lurking behind their building; I didn't get vaporized at this location which is a plus.

Their power cells are rechargable and they discouraged lighting their oils on fire. They only have one official turn off from traffic so make sure you take the correct turn or you too might run into the aliens.

They dislike it when you drive over their heads.

This has always been my go-to shop for any vapes, pods, and juices. I've been coming here ever since I moved up to the northeast. The staff here are always so friendly and considerate of what you need! The pricing is pretty good too and they're convienently located nearby Walmart, so I add them as a stop when I get groceries for the month.

I have one recommendation: bring back sampling juices. I have a very hard time figuring out what flavors I like and I like to try new flavors (it's how I found some of my favorite juices). However, I am held back on trying new flavors because if I buy one and I don't like it, I feel that I'm stuck with it. I just recently bought a green apple juice and I thought I'd like it, but come to find out after tasting it, it is pretty mild tasting and doesn't really have a strong green apple flavor. If I had the option to sample, then I could have found out from the get-go and saved myself the time and money and gotten something different (or at least informed them of it so they can keep it in mind for future customers).

So, to remedy this, when someone calls to order some juices, perhaps you can offer sampling options. They can request what juices they want to try, and you bring them out on a small table with a small trash can and some toothpicks; wearing gloves you can dip or drip a bit on the toothpick and have them try it, afterwards they can throw it into the small trashcan. This will allow a customer to try new flavors that are coming in and prevent cases where, lets say you run out of their favorite flavor, they can happily try new ones COVID safe.

Regardless, this is my go-to shop for vapes and I always recommend it to family and friends! Keep up the awesome work!
