Chipotle Mexican Grill

From the second you step in it smells amazing, you can tell it’s a popular place, thought there were some opens tables for lunch. The staff were really nice, efficient and gracious with their service. The chicken is great!

This downtown location is always busy, lots of college students. The cleanliness of the dine-in area its very poor, but I'll give this to the high volume of patrons.

Nylah was the best employee there! She gave me just the right amount of food and wrapped my burrito perfectly. All the other times i went the employees gave me little to no food and my burrito was always falling apart. She needs a raise!! great customer service from her!!

Update: There are loads of changes in staff and their attitude. Now they are more friendly and engaging. Food portion sizes now matches other did chains. Much improved over the 3* review from two years ago.

Just like any other Chipotle, they look the same on the outside but the portion size is half or less than what you would get at any other Chipotle location. I have emailed the headquarters and they claim they have standardized the scoop to match calorie values, offered me a free burrito because I complained (did not take that offer). There are other burrito places in direct competition with them with similar offerings, sometimes better value for money. It's in the news (Google it) that all their employees quit because they were treated in "near sweatshop" like conditions. With such low standards at this location, I think the management needs a refresher course in customer service & satisfaction and treating fellow employees with dignity.

The employee with pinkish hair (might be new), made the best quesadilla I ever had at chipotle!! And put great quantities and it looked just like the advertising pictures you see on the website! Keep it up colored hair employee :)

This chipotle has plenty of dine in space near down town campus. The place ideal for lunch or brunch or even supper.
The staff is friendly and well trained. A vegetarian salad/ bowl can cost ~$8. It is ideal place for vegetarians or vegans as food can be customized to of your choice without meat or dairy.

Its amazingly fresh, and you always know what you are gonna get! Great location easy parking. Always tons of young fit college kids eating it. Extra seating area to right of soda machines, restroom code on reciept!

It was my first time to Chipotle and I loved it so much. The way they pack the food and then mix it all together was waaw! Just waiting to see a branch in Dubai. It will become so famous in a few days

Came here for dinner and I love the small outdoor seating in the front. Great for a nice day. The meal was delicious and the server had the proportions perfect. Would definitely return!

We go to Chipotles all the time because it is an easy place to go with my son's food allergies. Freshest Chipotle I had in a while! Quick service also. Great place to go with my boys when we go back to our alma mater to visit :)

Good food, fast and friendly service. Even when the line's out the door you won't wait that long. Reasonable prices. What more do you need. Also the special Chipotle Tabasco is to die for.

Even with very long lines, you usually only wait 10-15 minutes. They move fast here. Fresh ingredients and kind staff. Good Chipotle.

nice. Be sure to order online in advance, or you may end up waiting in line for more than half of a hour. I can see a line for food outside constantly.

The girl with the hijab, who I think is the internal manager, is a wonderful person, She is nice even in the busiest times and tries to help everyone, these five stars are to thank her
