Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered on the app several times at this location, and we always get exactly what we ordered. Our food is always ready on time. Contrary to other reviews, we've had nothing but good experiences here. Parking is ample at this location too.

Good is always good every time I go I've tried different things and I love their food.

Great staff, they do try hard. They aways get my order right. They need a little more training on how to keep the dining room clean but they get overwhelmed sometimes.

After seeing the reviews and ratings, I was very skeptical about this place. But well, I must say that I have been impressed and blown away by the level of Service which is contradictory from most recent reviews 😀 I am a vegetarian and I asked for the person serving to change his gloves. He went ahead and washed his hands which was impressive. My wife, who was with me, is allergic to meat and she let him know. The manger came over and told us that chipotle has a strict cross contamination control policy and they had to clean all the serving utensils. We were absolutely speechless. The serving person washed his hands again, took a note of what we wanted in the bowl, got a set of new utensils, fresh cheese and prepared our bowl. Huge respect for chipotle! Knocked it out of the park with their service and dedication.

Our first experience with a Chipotle and we really enjoyed it! The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Can't wait to come back again!
It would be nicer if they cleaned up the tables and chairs more often.

This Chipotle was so sweet and helpful! I placed an online order around closing time and was running late to pick it up and the employees were kind enough to let me come in to pick up the food and even use the restroom, too.

I love chipotle. A little expensive but it's so good. You gotta get a good person serving you though. Some are much more generous with their scoops than others. And don't miss out on the chips with a side of corn salsa, it's one of my favorite things to get.

My first visit to the Rutland Chipolte was great. Super chicken, spicy but not over the top hot, on a bed of fresh greens topped with sour cream and cheese, dressing on the side was just what I wanted. Also guacamole and chips. Generous portions and extremely friendly staff. Baily, the Manager was extra kind and friendly. I will be back with friends.

We ordered the rice bowls and they came out on time and were both delicious, fresh, and correctly made. It’s wonderful to have another gluten free option in Rutland.

These guys are awesome and go above and beyond! This place has had a rocky start since opening but staff is great. Don’t blame the staff for ingredients occasionally being out of stock, blame corporate / the supply chain to Rutland.

The food is great and the service is okay. The only thing I would comment on is I order a veggie burrito but I do not eat guacamole there is no option to say no to the guacamole you can only have it put on the side so it's a waste for somebody who doesn't need it

Great food, not the typically place that we would eat at but the food is excellent and the service is number one. Oh by the way my daughter works there too. 👍

the food is always pretty good but if you happen to get there when a backstreet boys song is playing you may have the pleasure of hearing an employee screaming " I WANT IT THAT WAY TELL ME WHY!!!!"

Usually very quick. Friendly and helpful from the folks I've encountered. My take out orders are almost always ready when I get there.
