JR and his crew did a fantastic job on renovating my laundry room. Very professional group with excellent skills. We are extremely happy with the results..
He also resurfaced some wood floors and added new wood floors to the family room and Master bedroom. Looking forward to remodeling the master bath next.

JR’s did all the tile work in our house when we built in 2020. Fred and his staff were very helpful to us in recommending the tile and grout we used to match our wall paint and cabinets. Their knowledge and experience in that area was invaluable. We couldn’t be happier with how well everything turned out and the quality of the workmanship was fabulous. Tommy and Timmy who did all our work did an amazing job. Their attention to detail is impeccable. We had them back after the house was done to put a tile floor in our screened porch and once again, we got a beautiful job that we are 100 percent happy with. Another big plus for us is how friendly and personable Fred and his staff are. We have no hesitation in recommending JR’s for any flooring or remodeling project you need done!

Fred has helped us with multiple projects we've done at our house. We've had a good experience with all our projects with Fred's help. Carpet, hardwood flooring, and tile work have all been done with excellent quality in the product and in the workmanship. We were especially pleased with the tile work done in our new bathroom. I would recommend anyone to use JR's for any flooring or tile need.

My experience with the owner and his crew was exceptional. The project they undertook with our property was met with a long list of challenges. However, they came in assessed the job with out the box solutions, great confidence and competence. At the end of this project I can honestly say I’m sad I won’t be working with them as they did a phenomenal job. I guess I just will have to see if they are up to another project:) in all seriousness this company was a Godsend for us!

My wife and I have dealt with JR's QT&H a few years ago when putting in a new bathroom and we were very pleased with both the tile we selected and also the very helpful and knowledgeable experience during our visit in their showroom. Fred and Stephanie were very easy to deal with and had good suggestions.
Most recently, they helped us choose and installed tile for our hallway that had been damaged by flooding this past summer.

While we didn't do a significant business transaction during our recent visit, JR was extremely helpful as we discussed possible carpeting and area rugs for our newly renovated area. There was no pressure, just lots of helpful information and willingness to help us get to the results we were hoping for.

We had such a great experience with the team at JR's we asked them to do additional work! Our initial project was not only remodeling an out-dated bathroom but also adding a second bath. Everything from the initial showroom visit to the finished project was a very pleasant experience. With Stephanie's help, we were able to provide ideas on what we liked and she immediately showed us something we loved. Fred was very conscious about staying within our budget while also making sure everything was done right. His team was so easy to work with and when space proved to be slightly challenging, they provided solutions that worked out beautifully.

While are bathrooms are not large, they feel spacious and the tile looks amazing! We love them!

JR's did a superb job installing a new hardwood floor and refinishing another one. They did the job very efficiently, and the floors look great. High quality work.

Fred did a great job of guiding me through a design for my main bathroom. I am not good at those sort of thing and as I described what I was hoping for, the colors in my main bedroom and just the "feel" I was looking for he brought out great options. As things moved forward during the construction things usually need adjustments so he and the subcontractor both did a great job of explaining to me what might be issues and better changes and solutions. I will go there for all my tile and flooring.

We have used JR's for both a large project and a very small project over the last few years, and we received the same level of service regardless of the extent of the work involved. When we had our downstairs kitchen, dining, and laundry room tiled along with a backsplash throughout the kitchen, Fred gave us all the time we needed to choose the perfect tile for both, offering up many options until we found just the right one. We never felt rushed. And he worked seamlessly with the contractors doing the rest of the remodel so that it all went smoothly - no small feat! As soon as the tile was in, Fred was right there, making sure we were happy with what we'd chosen. He even went the extra mile to have his crew lay a nice piece of oak at the top of the basement stairs as a finished border. A few months ago when we needed a strip of our extra tile inserted behind a stand-alone sink in a small bathroom, Fred stuck his neck out to make sure this fairly insignificant little job got done - insignificant in the grand scheme of things but not to us! JR's is the sort of business that makes you feel like your project is important to them, no matter the scope or the challenges. Thanks, Fred!

JR‘s has always provided tremendous service in the performance of home renovations. They completely rebuilt our kitchen facilities with exceptional care. Fred and his team took great care of us in getting our new tile backsplash and fireplace surround installed as part of our recent kitchen/home remodel. JR’s is one of the few places you can still go and see a wide variety of facing/flooring selection…and if they don’t have what you want they can probably get it. The price was good too. Jr's Quality Tile went over and beyond to help us out. We bought tile at another store and was going to start the project when my husband had an accident and we had to put it on the back burner. We got started with it recently and discovered we did not have enough tile. I called the place where I bought the tile and they were not helpful at all. I started calling around and the only place that would even entertain the idea of helping me was Jr's. They promptly returned my call with bad news that tile had been discontinued, but shortly after called again telling me they had found two boxes and could get it rather quickly. The customer service is extremely helpful and I will not shop at another flooring place again. It is hard to even get a return call from anyone these days, customer service in my book is the best advertisement you can get! So happy doing business with you!

I am a returning customer to Jr's Quality Tile and Hardwood. He has remodeled part of my main bathroom many years ago by installing wall and floor tiles. The work ha has done still looks like it was done yesterday. If you need high quality work he is the man to call. I am away from home now sadly I can not add pictures.

Jr's is a top of the line organization! Fred, Bill and Stephanie could not be more friendly and accommodating. They are thorough, detail oriented and operate with a high degree of integrity. Their pricing is fair and provided with an extreme level of detail. To some, the level of detail could seem overwhelming, but for me, it allowed me to tweak and tune my plan (as well as complete part of the project myself) while knowing ahead of time how the changes would impact the overall time frame and price. The project is not totally complete, but the glass shower doors are expected to be installed soon. We are very pleased with the results of our project.

I would highly recommend Jr's Quality Tile & Hardwood to anyone who is remodeling. They have a wonderful selection of ceramic tile and hardwood flooring. Good quality too. Sometimes it can be overwhelming with all the choices but they were there to help me make my decisions. They allowed me to take some samples home so I could see how the colors would match up with my vanity, granite, and cabinets.
Once I made my selections it was ordered and came in within a week or two. Very pleased with the product and working with Jr's Quality Tile & Hardwood.
