Got new boots but due to asymmetrical feet the right one had a pressure point on the ankle bone. Chris was a great help in getting it to fit properly, and meticulously shaped the liner and the shell to ensure the boot fit well. The store has a great atmosphere and is very well stocked. The employees are extremely helpful and kind and love what they do. As a bonus, they were able to refit my ski bindings to fit my boots and return them within 30 minutes! Definitely go here if you're looking for new boots or anything ski related.

Really great staff and wicked good deals on rentals. Highly recommend stopping on the way up the mountain and letting them hook you up with gear. So worth it! Will absolutely go there again on future trips. ⛷

The pricing is very reasonable, making it a great choice for all skiers. Their reliability and knowledge cater well to beginners and intermediate skiers. Additionally, the extensive selection of layers and gear ensures you're well-equipped for a day on the mountain. I've been a loyal customer for years, and my parents for over 15 – couldn't be happier!

We came here to rent skis for a short trip. The guys that served us were very friendly and helpful, making extra sure the boots would be a good fit when my partner described pain she had last time she wore rental boots. Great service and a fair price, would recommend!

We came in to get some boots fitting work done for my son who’s on a race team. The person who helped us Hal was amazing. HAL he was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that he was doing to us. My son’s boots fit perfectly now thanks!! We can’t thank you enough for the excellent service. Will be back again 10 out of 10.

I had wonderful bootfitting experience here. I'm not a sportsman, but really like speed and control. On the other hand I have quite wide flat feet, so I cannot get 92-mm plug boots. My tradeoff was stretching out 96-mm wide Head RS140. Rich Flynn did a great job on fitting those boots for me. He did initial series of shells punching when I purchased boots, and the second series of grinding+punching next day after I hit the slopes. All fitting was included in the price, furthermore I was told that I could come back later (e.g. next year) for additional free adjustments. Rich also created nice custom foot bed, with flat surface on the bottom making better contact with the boot. Insoles were not included, but they give a good discount if you buy them together with their boots. Plus I got complimentary heel lifts. I was told the total price in advance, and I was happy with it, but when I was paying Rich gave me additional "previous-season" discount, which was really unexpected and nice. All-in-all I got very stiff and comfortable boots for a very reasonable price. Next day I didn't even want to put off the boots during the lunch) Strongly recommend this place, and Rich Flynn as the great bootfitter!

Great service! Needing binding repair. Did in 15 min for only $20!

I went it for a wax and sharpen but the technician noticed my bindings were broken. The store has a great initiative where bindings that are still good but being taken off of skis are saved for someone in a pinch. They got my bindings off, new ones on, waxed and sharpened in under an hour. Thank you very much for your great service!

Laurie, Gary and the entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! I have been coming to the mountain for over 20 years and have my “usual” ski shops. We needed boots for my 5 year old to ski that were not available elsewhere. I decided to pop in with my 3 kids. Not only did they have the small size but they “gifted” a used pair to me along with entertaining my other children while we were trying them on. We went on to buy a few other needed items and were very pleased with everyone we interacted with. Shopping with a 5 year old can be brutal and they made it anything but! This place still has the feel of a small shop with employees who care. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great experience with a boot fitting! I came in with 2 pairs of boots, neither of which I loved. Rich was awesome, fitting me with custom insoles. He definitely knows his stuff and was extremely patient. Price was more than fair! I will be back for my ski gear moving forward and would recommend Rich to anyone who needs some help with their boots

Chris was incredible! Very knowledgeable, friendly and effective. My wife also fit her boots here and she loves them. Will continue to use these guys for the entirety of my ski career.

After demoing and selecting a pair of skis. Shopped several ski shops in VT & NH. Rick at this shop located them in Canada and said he could get them for me. However, it would take some time and as we know The East season is too short. As a result, he made a call and located a pair at another shop. He said, You'll be able to enjoy them soon this season." He sent me there with a contact name. How's that for service? Reminds me of an old movie (Jimmy Stewart).

Extremely knowledgeable and very low pressure. They didn't try to upsell me at all and asked a lot of questions about my skiing before recommending gear. I was impressed with their guidance. Very impressed with this store.
