If you want to work hard to be the best version of yourself then this is the studio for you!! All the instructors are awesome. Shoshana is tough and intense in the best kind of way-she wants you to achieve your goals and is going to help you get there. You need to try this place for at least a few weeks consistently. In the beginning, I couldn’t lift my arms up I was so dead, but my muscles adapted and I’m so glad I stuck it out (and you’ll be glad too).

Soulbeat let a bachelorette party join for Saturday morning Spin + TRX with Shoshana and it was such a fun experience. Everyone at the Bach said they would 100% do it again and thought it was an awesome idea to get everyone going in the morning.

There were a couple people who got there late (and normally they don't let you in if you're late because its disruptive to the class which I totally understand!) but they made an exception for us and I'm so thankful they did! Everyone we talked to went above and beyond and the workout hurt so good. Can't recommend enough.

I've been going consistently for only a month and I am totally hooked! The workouts are hard, but so effective. I definitely feel like I get my moneys worth. I already feel so much stronger and have seen a noticeable difference in my stamina! Prices are very comparable to other great workout classes in the area.

I have tried a lot of the Barre/Spin studios in the area, and SoulBeat is by far the best. The instructors aren't just masters at their craft, but they are friendly, compassionate, caring, and just overall fabulous humans. I'm not the most coordinated person, or the strongest, but the instructors, especially Gabby and Alex O., have really taken the time to make sure I understand all the moves (and that I don't hurt myself!). I really appreciate that everyone who works or attends SoulBeat can just come together to work out and focus on positivity and self love. I am obsessed with this place!

My favorite place for a spin! You can’t go wrong with picking a teacher - they are all upbeat, qualified, kind, and energetic. They care about you enjoying the class and getting what you want out of it! Highly recommend.

LOVE this studio! have now taken 4 barre classes with 4 different instructors here, and they are ALL fantastic! love the non-pretentious vibe of this place. all support, no judgement. plus, a KILLER workout in barre!
