Not a place I would normally review but customer service at this store definitely deserves a shout out. Everyone is nice, welcoming and helpful. Kris and Brandon helped me out, making my Christmas shipping experience a breeze.

Kris and Colin helped me out with excellent customer service. I work remotely and most correspondence is electronic, but I needed to overnight some documents, which is not standard for me. They were friendly, efficient, and thoughtfully anticipated steps I needed to take to help me. Awesome!! Use this UPS store.

Just wanted to come on to say how impressed we were with the service we got here. My husband needed to get 3 copies made and notarized, and not only did they help us out with the copies so we didn't have to faff around wasting time, but the notary was super fast, efficient, and affordable. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. Can't recommend this place enough.

I had the pleasure of interacting with 2 employees at the UPS store today. Genesis was a great help, friendly and worked with me through several Amazon returns. She kindly explained that I had the same label on 2 boxes and offered an easy solution. Excellent customer service! Also, Colin was awesome. He went above and beyond for me, making my experience much easier. I did not have to make a return trip because he offered simple solutions to getting my label printed and taping my box. He handled everything professionally and efficiently. I would want someone like him training other customer services employees on how to act. He is a great example. Both employees deserve an A++

Kris at the UPS Store in Audubon Village Philadelphia provided outstanding customer service when I was in a real pickle. I live in the Atlanta area and urgently needed to ship a ton of fragile items to myself at home. She accurately determined the box needs and advised on the best price. They wrapped my precious items really well too. She was pleasant and professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this UPS Store and Kris.

Had the easiest time shipping a gift to Canada. Brandon and Kris were so helpful and enthusiastic to help me , despite the store being very busy. With the holiday time customers are super extra , but these two were EXTRA helpful. Thanks yo.

EVERY time, over the years, I have used the Audubon, Pa. location. The employees are GREAT!! They are ALWAYS friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable, quick, and a pleasure to encounter!
I love it when I'm unfamiliar with something because the employees are never short with you. They take the time to explain and show you how to do things. There's never any guesswork. Even when I call I get the same respect.
I believe more people should learn their demeanor because they sure know how to conduct a business.

On Jan 13th I went to the Audubon store to ship some treasured items of my moms to her sister. My mom passed away and I was completing a request which brought me to tears. I explained to Kris the importance of these items being shipped and received in tact. Today my Aunt called and through happy tears said she received all items in tact and without issue. She even noted the box itself was not damaged. UPS should be proud to have employees who take such care as Kris did a Colin ensuring everything was packed appropriately. I can’t thank them enough.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to that Audubon, PA store to shop items to my nephew in St. Louis. What a great (and fun) experience. We knew we were in good hands with Kris and Brandon who measured, boxed and processed our items for shipment quickly and efficiently. Kris even managed to get my husband to smile - something he rarely does. With the holidays approaching it’s nice to know there are folks close by who cam handle our shopping needs with good humor and do it well. Thank, Kris & Brandon!

Today was my first visit to the Audubon UPS store as I happened to be in the area, instead of heading to my “normal” store. While I have never had a bad experience at a UPS, the guys at this store made me think about driving the extra 20 mins for future shipping business. Collin and Brandon were welcoming and helpful. Collin was knowledgeable and efficient. They beat a competitor’s pricing for shipping a large package cross-country; I highly recommend paying a visit to these employees if you’re looking for great customer service!

Fantastic interaction. I forgot to charge my phone and I was attempting to return an Amazon package. My phone was at 4 percent and could not get bright enough to scan. Brandon provided a code to get my screen bright and complete the return. Everytime I come the customer service is fantastic, also shout out to the other employee there, Kris.

I went in there with 5 huge boxes. I pulled up in front of the store the young gentleman came and helped me unload. Brandon and Collin were the 2 gentlemen in there. They are were Smiling and Happy and were extremely helpful . Best UPS store around!
