Loved the atmosphere here and all of the employees are very friendly to a beginner like me. Dan was a huge help. They have a wide selection of juices and found exactly what I liked.

I have been a customer of Liberty Vapor for about 7 years and have no complaints at all. from the very beginning they helped me pick out the best Vapor unit when I was a beginner. then they helped me pick out a better unit and have been very happy with it. the staff at Liberty Vapor are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous, I enjoy going in there and speaking with the employees they all make me feel very comfortable. I was a heavy smoker for over 30 years years and after going in and speaking to the great employees at Liberty Vapor they explained how to use the units and within two days I was completely off cigarettes and have not touched one since. Special shout out to Amanda who I see most often at the Phoenixville store! Keep up the good work guys can't say enough good things about you!!

The guys at Liberty Vapor do an excellent job of straddling two main jobs: Guide people new to vaping, and provide top notch service and options to the regulars and hobbyists.

I purchased my starter kit, here. They made a good suggestion-- and even talked me out of spending money-- and explained all the moving parts. They let me take up their time trying a number of different juice flavors. And then sent me away a happy customer.

(Note: I ended up quitting using tobacco products without even intending to do so.)

Since then I have become a regular. They only carry one line of basic items-- which is all I'm into-- but they provide great service on those items. And I very much enjoy their 'juice', which is locally made with as few ingredients as possible.

Finally, they have a number of different items for the hobbyist crowd which appears to be a pretty specialized situation. I can't speak with authority about how they deal with that stuff, but judging from the brisk business they do with it they must know what they're doing.

I've been coming here for nearly 3 years. As the business has matured their prices have come down. Their line of e-liquid has increased significantly and many are quite good (some don't agree with me but that's personal taste).
Their hardware selection is quite good and often close in price to online stores. The staff is very helpful and take their time to help new and old vapers get the best experience from the hardware they have.

The first time I went to their store, I knew very little about vaping, but the staff was super helpful, and explained all the products I had questions about, gave a few recommendations, and let me sample a few of their juices. I didn't feel like they were trying to push any of their products on me, which is always pleasant when you're looking to buy something you know nothing about.
Their prices are fair and competitive, but regardless, I would rather support a local business than buy online.

New to the vape life I had lots of questions... Over the last few months the folks at liberty have been super knowledgeable and kind to help me with the process of tools, tips, juice and execute their experience flawlessly. I love that they offer sample tastes and reward points. One if the best shops around!!

This is the place to go if you're serious about your vapor needs . Everybody there was attentive and willing to work with you on any kind of budget level And if you decide that you just looking to keep it on the cheap side there's plenty of great ways that they will show you to get started without having to spend an arm and a leg. As far as just cause they only carry their own line and there's a reason for that .because when you're focused on making quality eliquids all the time there's no need to carry other peoples. The prices are fair on gear and usually less then most other shops. As for the service the people there nice and attentive always down to have a laugh but at the same time serious about their trade. I was a total newbie and went in looking for some hardware to get started. I got a great education and start to vaping. Everyone was in a good chill mood and more than helpful. Picked up an excellent starter unit (not the starter kit they offer) that was absolutely worth the small in-store premium. Prices are great, and the juice is fantastic. So happy Liberty Vapor is down the street. Thanks for the help.

After visiting the store and reading the few reviews, I wanted to share my experience. First let me say that the STAFF WERE WONDERFUL, they were not pushy, did not try to get me to buy anything, they were incredibly helpful. I am a newbie and I had a million questions and needed to be educated overall. The owner took well over a half hour and educated me on everything, even down to the millimeters and how many packs that equals out to. I was absolutely amazed at how attentive they all were. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE RECEIVED SUCH STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. This was my first time there and I was informed about everything and never felt pressure to buy or felt uncomfortable. I also purchased one of their e liquids after the owner allowed me to taste test several flavors. He explained every little detail about vaping and this allowed me to make very informed decisions going forward. They make their own juices in house and what I purchased was amazing and exactly what I was looking for.There is nothing about this place that isn't amazing. I saved the best for last, when you walk in, you are SO WELCOMED, you feel like your in your own living room. Completely at ease and comfortable, I could hang out here for hours and feel like I've known these people forever. I am in sales myself and honestly everyone here, their products and their prices far exceeded my expectations, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR VAPING!. You will not be disappointed, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIBERTY VAPOR.

Very nice place! They have a wide variety of vape mods and accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. They offer a good selection of E-juice as well. This is a place I would recommend to anyone.

I have been to many vape shops during my 4 years of vaping 8 years in the military and by far liberty vapor has the best customer service!
Walking in the door we were greeted with a very warm welcome! The associates assisted both myself and friend finding what we needed while providing expertise and an unjudemental responses to my her questions. Their stocked e-juice selection was all great quality stuff and so was their customer service. Although we were in civilian clothes they inquired about our visit to Phoenixville and when we responded that we were passing through they suggested some great food landmarks!
You would be foolish to spend your time at any other vape shop!

I moved from Phoenixville to King of Prussia and I still make the drive to get products from here. I won't go anywhere else. They have great customer service. Very knowledgeable on what they sell and personally make the best juices. I highly recommend!!

These guys go above and beyond for their loyal customers. Parking/traffic can sometimes be rough, but that's a Phoenixville thing, NOT LVs fault. Staff is helpful, and cares about your whole experience. I've gone in with a problem and left with a solution numerous times. Prices are good, flavors are good. Staff is good. "It's all good". 👍

After wanting to get back into vaping since the "Stone age" I just couldn't decide on what I wanted or what would fit my needs. Instead of just reading other people's opinions I looked for a place that I could go into and see for myself. They had a great selection of vaporizers I could try out as well as different liquids to try as well. They were knowledgeable and provided me with the information and equipment I needed to get back into vaping. Thanks a lot guys and I look forward to coming in again!

I waited to long to post my review and forgot the Gentlmens name who helped. He has Tattoos on his hands and neck, and extremely personable. The two names I remember are distinctively different so I won't even try haha.

Great service, they were mid conversation as we walked in and they stopped to greet us. From there we had a great convo, tried a couple flavors WHICH WAS KEY because reading one flavor it doesn't always mix well for my taste.
I probably shouldn't of got 12mg though, VERY STRONG hits haha.

My husband and I have become regulars here.
The people in here are ALWAYS friendly as can be and their products are top notch. If they don't have something in-stock they will get it for you in a matter of days.
The store itself is comfortably accommodating with plenty of furniture to hang out on.

I visited Liberty Vapor for the first time with my Friend Anthony. This vape store has all your needs. Starter Innokin vaporizors, chargers, kangertech and Smok coils and a good selection of E-liquid. I talked to Dan about getting a Jawntuff mod. He asked why in blue? I picked it up on a thursday along with 2 18650 mxjo batteries and a case. Nice workers and an Awesome vaporizor and electronics store! :)

New to vaping after quitting smoking. The staff was very helpful and a great selection to choose from. They also have a perks card. Highly recommend to anyone New to vaping or experienced user.

Great shop. Awesome customer service, they are very knowledgeable about equipment and friendly. They make high quality e liquid and have a big selection. Favorites are Sarsaparilla, Ron Y-4, Super Punch-out, and Grasshopper.

This is the best vape store. The staff is outstandingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The product is the best in the world as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the great work!
