Dishfunctional

Unfortunately I have only been to this place once. I was planning my own wedding last year and wanted vintage plates instead of plain white or renting, and unique silverware. I hit the jackpot with this shop. The owner was very sweet and even let me look at some things in the back that had not gone out yet. I spent about $150 for about 55 small plates, 55 dinner plates, and silverware for 55 people. My wedding would’ve been amazing no matter what but the mix and match plates and silverware just really made our wedding perfect.

I discovered this store about 2 months ago and visit every time I’m in town. I have found a couple of replacement pieces to sets that I have as well as some beautiful unique items. I found this orrefors tea light and used it for flowers. I can’t wait to see what I will find next time!

This place is GREAT! It can be a place to wander and look for funky pieces of glass, dish, or serving ware. But it's also a fantastic place to stop by with a girlfriend or Aunt after a leisurely lunch... or while your kiddo is taking the drivers test. Kim, the woman who was working when I stopped by, was GREAT! Funny, walked through the store with me... we laughed and looked...
This is the relocated storefront from their WC location. Easy to park. Places to eat. Lots to look at. What a wonderful surprise.

Love this store. Not only dishes but small furniture, jewelry, nick nacks, lamps, etc. Missing a dish to a set? They probably have it here. They also have a discount store in the same shopping center where everything is on sale!

Love this store. They always have fun little finds. I could spend hours just looking around. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

The store is fun to browse with reasonable prices. They have albums/records/vinyl and costume jewelry, too. I would not have known that unless I went inside. Glad I did.

So glad I happened to stop in the other day on my way home from work. This place has a great selection of really neat stuff at totally reasonable prices, including some great, antique pieces that have been refinished, repainted, etc. and given new life. As soon as I walked in, the staff (Gina and Alfred, who is the owner) greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were also flexible enough to allow me to put some furniture (a gorgeous dining room table and chair set with matching buffet server) on "hold" while I spoke with my husband about purchasing it. When I came back the next day to purchase, two other female staff members assisted me (I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but they were also fabulous). From my minimal dealings with them, it's very clear that these people are passionate about and excellent at what they do and that Alfred treats employees like family. I would highly recommend stopping by.

I have to start by saying that the greeting we received when we first came in the door was friendly, informative, and engaging. It’s everything I expect from all retail businesses but rarely receive anymore.
Thank you for that. You should teach classes to other shopkeepers on how to do this.

The store is clean, well organized, and prices are labeled on each piece. The prices are very affordable for anyone to leave with something special.
Overall this place is a delight to all of your senses. My daughter and I will definitely be here often.

Such a wonderful find in the Malvern area. Not only do they have great dishes but have an eclectic collection of some amazing art and home decor! The people working the store are extremely patient and friendly and the prices are affordable too. Would definitely be coming here again and recommend this amazing place!

This store was made for me. I look at the dishes in every thrift or consignment shop I go to. I see them as a piece of art.
My latest find was a set of 7 soup spoons that I didn't have for my silver plate service from my grandmother. The pattern dates back to the early 1900s. The price was astoundingly good.

The new place is amazing! The team there has done a great job with relocation. It's like shopping in a museum. The prices are quite reasonable for the treasures you will discover. Take a little trip and see the vintage assortment. You won't be disappointed!

Cute place with interesting wares that keep me coming back

Alan is a gem! My twin sister and I went yesterday with a carload of china and Staffordshire figurines and other antiques. We really enjoyed working with Alan and he was very fair. I even bought a birdhouse which I love and plan to go back and do more shopping in this wonderful store. It is beautifully set-up and full of treasures!

I have been in there twice now. The employees are really personable and the selection is mind-blowing. I could pour over every last shelf for hours. They have vintage, antique, quirky, practical, and beautiful dishes of all kinds for prices that are unbeatable.

Dishfunctional is AWESOME! Alfred was professional, courteous and most importantly he knows what he has in stock. I had been looking for a set of dinner plates forever. I called him and when I told him the style he was able rattle off the manufacturer of the plates. I was able to find my crystal replacement pieces as well. Thanks Alfred.

Great place to search around for glassware and dishes. Everyone is so helpful. Also sold a set of china and was pleased with the price I was offered.
