CVS

This is the nicest, most well organized CVS I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The shelves are stocked so nicely, they even turn every label the same way. I live the little details. The place smells so nice and the staff is always so helpful to me. Good job!!

I would like to Thank Mike, Emily and Jen especially for their help when visiting the Frazer store. I unfortunately do not live close to this store, but was in the area. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiles and this was on a couple occasions. Emily went out of her way to find what I was looking for and even searched to see if it was still in their storage room. Then Mike who was so gracious found it at other CVS stores, which they held and also offered to ship to Frazer. I am retired and I have time to shop. Most stores just ignore me and never, ever ask if I need help and are never nice. What does it take to be kind anymore. The great customer service that I received in this store is a rarity in this day and that is so sad. I will definitely visit this store more often, for me it’s worth the drive. I feel they went above and beyond what I see in stores today. Mike, Emily and Jen thank you again, I will see you soon😊. Happy Holidays🦃.

The Frazer Store 5064
Front store is # 1 in the district, making customer service their priority . The front store and pharmacy staff work Together making this location as friendly, informative and personable with each visit.

They opened right on time which is great for people needing to get to work. The store was clean and organized. The man at the desk was very kind and I easily found everything I needed. No issues

I understand pandemic staffing issues at this pharmacy are resolved. This pharmacy has provided speedy above-and-beyond service in situation where my doctor’s office staff had unfortunately created chaos. Prior reviews are outdated. Give this pharmacy another chance.

Pharmacist is great as well as their staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Always putting the patient first and is a great example of what a retail pharmacy should be

Someone need to help the pharmacists at this location. They are wonderful and work so hard. Meanwhile, they closed the pharmacy completely today and I could not get my prescriptions, specifically an antibiotic for an infection from chemo. Something needs to be worked out here with communication. And help the amazing pharmacy team!

Giving 5 stars to combat the people who think this specific store is the reason they problems. CVS made record profits off the pandemic and pay their staff less each year. Do not blame this location, everyone found better jobs because there aren't many worse ones. Delightful pharmacist at the drive thru made getting my RX super easy—and she even noticed I had my dog in the car and gave him a treat!
