Will does a great job with the whole sales thing. The thing that's really nice about the Phx. Tobacco Shop is the customer service!

I said I didn’t wanna go here but not because I disliked the store itself. Indeed it’s a great smoke shop if you have need of that sorta thing. My problem was with one gentleman. I asked for help, and he did help me, above and beyond. I think the problem was about the tip, which was earned, and I believe I undertipped the man. Two other shop employees were absolutely helpful and I got what I needed quickly. The shop is clean and overstocked with smoking stuff of every description. I’ll definitely visit again soon.

Shop is cute, clean, smells lovely, and has an excellent selection of glassware. The people working the shop were super friendly and helpful. They were all very knowlegable and i found the prices to be surprisingly reasonable. Bonus points for great taste because Jurassic Park was on when I visited lol.

First time visiting the shop. The staff was excellent and answered all of my questions. It was clean and well stocked, as they had exactly what I was looking for. It was a great experience and as a result they have earned my continued business.

Fantastic assortment of glassware smoking needs. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Parking lots are available just off Gay St. The entire block is shut down for traffic to allow outdoor dining. Parking lot available on Prospect St between Main and Gay St.

when coming into the shop there were plenty of customers but I was still served right away they showed me all the options that I was looking for and then some .the juice selection was out of this world and the shop was clean and easy to navigate. Plus if you can't make it to Phoenixville Early don't worry about it because they're open till 11 Thursday Friday Saturday! Come check these guys out

I havnt been there in 5 years so some products have been changed around & have less then before. Reasonable prices & still have a good selection of smoking apparatus's. Nice polite people, good shop.

It was a great experience. They were very helpful and friendly. It's a clean store that offers a wide variety of products, what I needed and then some.

KRS was professional as always. KRS and Zankman(sp?) wore masks the whole time and had hand sanitizer right at the register. And yes, I bought a new water piece! Amazing team! Great store! Local business proud sponsor!!

My 1st review was not good. They deff stepped it up. The lady is the nicest . REALLY SAVE MY BITT TODAY. It's the only B&M store I'll go to.

Pheonixville smoke shop is by far the best place around for all your vape needs and more!! They have great hours, being that they are open til 10 or later!!! Everytime I come in I am always greated with respect and made feel welcome. All the employees have been nothing but overly kind to me and all of my friends I have brought with me! The staff is also very helpful and always steer me in the right direction. I find myself coming to the shop 2-3 times a week even if I don't need anything just because it is a enjoyable place to hang out. This is my go to shop for all my vape needs!

I love this place, everyone who works here is really nice and chill 👍 plus all the awesome glass pipes and art they make there 😍❤😭 its really a good place to buy gifts and treasures for yourself and your friends or family at a nice range of prices. Dont forget your ID!

I haven't been there in a while, I understand they closed. It was a really awesome place when I was there though. I hear the glass shop that's there now it's supposed to be really really good, planning on swinging by later.

Just glad a shop like this is still around.
Right here in Phoenixville they are doing such beautiful art.
The staff is always very helpful even with an old hoot like me.
They explain things so even I can understand.

Amazing blown glass art & jewelry! See live glass blowing on premises! All staff is very friendly & helpful! I won't shop anywhere else for my smoking & vaping needs! Wonderful flavors of oils for Vape pens for nicotine replacement! My favorite is Ecstasy, the flavor is Carmel Cinnamon Bun! Plenty of other flavors as well. If you don't find a flavor you like here it doesn't exist. Stop in for a wonderful experience!

Stopped in the other day with my husband...the girl and guy in there were so helpful and polite..it was like we have known them forever...great prices for original pieces...we WILL be back and will send out friends...😀👍
