Katie Walton was so helpful and helped us find exactly what we wanted! We needed a standard sofa that came in pieces to fit in our basement; Katie quickly gave us multiple options, pricing and delivery details so that we could make the best decision for us. I highly recommend working with Katie!

Max the manager was so helpful. We had a problem with our couch. I had purchased the premium insurance plan (so worth it!). So I got to pick out a new couch and took advantage of a great sale. Ended up buy a new end table and coffee table as well. Highly recommend all the staff at R&F. Wonderful to work with and seamless process.

My husband and I dread shopping for furniture/bedding. Pushy, in your face sales people are a BIG turnoff!! Since they have a large selection of furniture and mattresses to try out, we bit the bullet.
We have to say we had the most pleasant experience EVER with Heidi Lockwood the other evening ( Exton) So friendly but not in your face pushy and was very knowledgeable ( mattress and bedding in our case)

I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t resist. I was in the market for a new dining room set, and came across several I liked here at Raymour & Flanigan ( Extra plus they have multiple payment option's, BONUS!!! ) So I had several questions & AC Cosme was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & went above and beyond his job to assist me. He made the process smooth & took care of everything for me. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone in the market. Don’t hesitate! Best experience from start to finish.

Adrian is the man!! We purchased a sectional, bedroom set and dining set from Raymour and it was overall a great experience thanks to him!

After looking at other furniture stores we ended up at Raymour and dealt with Adrian. He is one of the most professional salesmen I have ever dealt with. He did not pressure us at all and really just wanted to help us furnish our home with what we envisioned.

Unfortunately, our table came to us damaged but Adrian expedited the problem and helped us exchange the table for a new one.

Adrian is one of the best and I look forward to working with him again!

Greg was pleasant and patient. He showed us every stationery leather sofa in the store.

When I found the one I liked but was unsure about the color, he shared the special order colors and the timeline to receive the sofa.

We drove over one hour to this location. The delivery date was flexible and the cost was reasonable. The service and selection were worth the ride.

Sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has several suggestions that help us with process of choosing the correct bed and mattress. A very enjoyable experience.

AC was very helpful in helping us pick out the correct furniture. The 3D rendering of our space and what furniture would fit the best was priceless. Without it we would have purchased furniture that wouldn’t have fit in our space. We look forward to choosing more furnishing with AC and RF in the near future.

My sales agent, Katie Walton, really made my experience shopping for a new bed and mattress an easy process. She is extremely pleasant, knows her products, understood and worked with my budget. I highly recommend her as well as Raymour & Flanigan. They have a great variety of furniture at all price ranges. So far, the service has been excellent.

We were greeted very nicely and professionally by the salesperson, Mishel. She listened to what were looking for, and showed us some nice furniture, and we made a selection. We're looking forward to the arrival of our purchase.

Christina was very helpful and I was able to buy the sofa I wanted. However, and this isn’t the stores fault but a manufacturer issue, I didn’t have many choices as I wanted a sectional with a chaise lounge where the back pillows don’t detach. That’s an issue that they don’t make more styles like that. The majority of sectionals have removable back cushions. Why?
Anyway back to this location and my experience. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the couch. She gave me her card and I went back a few days later to order. I don't like feeling pressured into buying a large piece like that.

This review is long overdue! But my husband and I had a great experience working with Heidi at R&F in Exton. She worked to help get us the perfect bedroom furniture and gave us a lot of helpful insight in picking a mattress. Almost all of our furniture was delivered soon after placing the order in August but our custom bed took a while and we got a complimentary bed frame and box springs in the meantime. Now that the bed was delivered today the whole bedroom looks great!! Thanks so much Heidi!!!

Always find what I am looking for. Sales staff greet at door in a friendly manner and know where items are located. The prices are reasonable and for more expensive purchases I'm happy with the no interest payment plans.

Heidi was the associate from R&F that I worked with. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful in her approach with me.

Over a month in and the sofa/chaise I purchased is holding up with no issues to report. It’s the Ace collection of any are curious. One of the best parts about this purchase was that it delivered in less than a week; compared to other lead times these days, it was SO nice to have something so sharp and so quick.

The delivery went incredibly smooth and quick; the team all worked to show me how to use the electronics built into it and didn’t leave until I said I was comfortable. They were well equipped to not scuff walls/floors.

I would definitely go back to this location and work with Heidi for other furniture needs that I feel R&F could fulfill.

Returning customers of R&F. Really nice store and entire staff is very helpful. We had to decorate our 4 Bed - Air B&B home and manager of the store gave us the entire plan. We are talking about 3 couches - all 4 bedroom sets and side table dressers etc - Furniture offerings are plentiful. The staff at the store are very helpful and give you time to browse the store..Relaxed atmosphere..no pressure. Easy to deal with..We knew what we wanted when we walked in. We were in and out in 1 hour and we picked up all the furniture in Delaware warehouse.
