Micro Center

I just competed a new gaming PC build and visited MicroCenter multiple times to find / buy components. Every time I visited, the customer service was excellent. The floor staff always ask if they can help, and they spend all the time needed to make sure I get what I needed, whether it's a purchase or just technical information. When my build was complete I had an issue with it booting up and decided to use their service department. I was very nervous when deciding where to go, but based on my prior experience I decided to stick with MicroCenter. I'm so glad I did. Their online reservation process was easy and they were ready for me at my selected time. But, the best part was the quality of their technician (Gianni). He took the time to listen to me explain the issue and the steps I had taken to diagnose it on my own. He then laid out a plan to complete the diagnosis and very carefully stepped through the investigation. When the cause was discovered, the technician proceeded to verify that no other issues were present ensuring I didn't run into another problem when I got home. Overall it was a great experience. I expected to have to leave the machine but instead was able to bring it home and was online that night. I was also very happy with the care they took when handling my build. I had spent a lot of time (and money) on it and was concerned over how it would be treated. The technician treated me and my build very well and I am completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our son’s gaming pc crashed so we took it in and had them take a look. This was our first experience with Micro Center and let me say, Shannon did an amazing job, not only did she find and pinpoint the problem within minutes but fixed the computer on site. We were expecting to have to leave the computer but were delighted to be able to take it home the same day. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is huge and has everything you need. Well worth the visit and I highly recommend.

I built my fifth desktop, and purchased all the parts from here. Never disappointed. Been a customer since 2005, and pretty sure I'll be back for more

Five stars because they have things I cannot find easily at other stores and would normally need to order online. I like that I can walk in and say I will take the least expensive cooling fan for a 7700X and not have to explain what a 7700X is. It's nice when a store sells products that they actually know what the products are and what their function is.

This place is phenomenal for selection, a real old-school electronics shop and service outfit; but the service is even better. Kudos to the front-end managers for being utterly customer satisfaction oriented. It’s great to see a retail business that still has both a brain and a heart.

Went here 6 days ago, from Delaware only bad part about this shopping experience was paying 6% Pa sales tax. Built a ryzen7 7700x with a rx7800rt / 32g ddr5@6000mhz / 650 motherboard with built in Wi-Fi with Bluetooth / 2tb m.2 / msi gold rated 850 watt psu / Deepcool cpu cooler and Deepcool case. Retail was $1250 but with sales tax I was all in just over $1300. This place is awesome, had my list of what I wanted and prices and the salesperson was able to find me a few items slightly cheaper with the exact same specifications, every dollar counts when building a new pc on a budget. Found the entire store to have knowledge staff with great attitude’s, this build easily sells on Amazon for $2000 or more and with lesser quality parts. Not like I will be building a new pc anytime soon but when I need to spend a few coins you can bet I will return to micro center. Just wish they had a store in Delaware since we don’t have sales tax.

They were awesome!!!! I bought a new graphics card and was worried about installing it, so I took it to the service desk and Emanuel installed it for me right away. He suggested I get a warranty on my desktop and i did since its my baby. Then I got home and my computer turned off on its own while I was playing cyber punk. I took it back to Micro Center the same day worried it might be a power supply. Emanuel looked at it for me and told me it wasn't the power but it might be how the graphics card is connected so he checked for a different connector, found it, re-connected it, and then stress tested my computer the best he could to make sure everything was working. He is an amazing guy who went out of his way to make sure my baby was in perfect working condition and I am so grateful for that.

Well this builld was an uphill nightmare of a battle 1st i got ROGed by ASUS as there B650E-F motherboard is having issues with its Bios. After a bit of research and JayzTwoCents i became concerned with this board. They flashed the bios and replaced the CPU the board fryed the second i hit the power button. 2nd the power supply wassent enough gonna be drinking broth for a while went with a 1000watt Asus (i dont learn do I) tough class goald powersupply. 3rd the GPU didnt have a driver and i sold my old monitor for a 4K tv 😮‍💨 so i had to haul this This Behemoth dubed The tower 900 for around the 6th time to update the driver simple fix and i picked up some Velcro wire ties went home and thak god the AMD Rysen 9 7900x and the 6950 Xt Founders edition custom water cooled finaly came to life 😀 the folks behind the desks were awesome thanks guys i give micro center 5/5 ASUS 3/5 as they did not do the right thing by there customers next build will be MSI.

Brought my desktop in for a diagnostic and repair because it wasn't receiving power. Diagnostic was $40, repair and labor $80, they gave me a list of replacement motherboards and I chose one for $90, and they offered a 2-year warranty on the repair covering all future diagnostics, repairs, labor, and parts for $130. Quick and quality service. Highly recommend!

Always like to stop by here for any tech needs, especially for products that may not be readily available at Best Buy or other stores. I enjoy sim racing and was able to buy some new Moza products for my rig so the convenience of same day is always nice. Though it did take some to find one of the items but it happens, otherwise always fun to walk through the store for pc parts!

1st time in! can't give it more stars! Felix gave me exactly what I asked for and more with just my goals in mind. I built a budget computer and it's 10x better with his reccomended parts than my original! Thank you Felix!

So many products, I'm a PC nerd and love needlessly upgrading and adding things to my wife's stream/game setup. They've been so helpful anytime I need them.
When my PC broke in the middle of a school week, and I was unable to troubleshoot it, I purchased parts to build a new one and they had everything I needed and a price similar than if I shopped around on a couple websites.
I eventually scavenged a PC from those old parts and took it to microcenter to troubleshoot and they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it. I'm pretty confident in my troubleshooting skills but they were just better.
When I upgraded my wife's setup I was picking between a couple options and the employees were able to recommend what they thought was the best upgrade path and after some further research, it was the best choice. Knowledge and reliability in multiple departments.
Their prices are also great, just as good as online prices in most cases so there's no reason to not come here, other than the risk of impulse buying things.

Recently made my first trip to MicroCenter to buy the components for a new pc build.
Went there for the Motherboard/RAM/CPU combo bundle.
Not only is there an insane inventory of parts but I was unexpectedly surprised by how great the staff were there.

Very professional, but the “check in could have been a bit more clear since my question was minor but I had to wait longer than was necessary. Still, the staff was very helpful and directed me to the correct department, from there it was smooth sailing. Obviously the friendly and helpful tone is set by management! I hope this is communicated to them/him/her!
