Legit Italian food. First time at a taste of Italy but, not the last. Atmosphere was great, our server was fantastic and the food was amazing! The prices were very reasonable for the food that we got. It was hot, prepared perfectly and the presentation was great!

Food was pretty good! The appetizers and salads were really fresh and flavorful. I got the lobster ravioli and I think it was pre frozen it didn’t have the freshest taste but overall I would go back!!

The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful and the service was great. They have a good menu and four entree specials as well.

Private baby shower held today at A Taste of Italy was a huge success, not just because of attendees but a very kind, attentive wait staff and absolutely delicious food everyone raved about! John (owner) was super easy to deal with and his pricing is more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone!

We were traveling and stopped by because we saw a good review online. It was well worth the stop. When you walk in they did a great job with the decor so it has a great ambiance. The food was authentic Italian. Nice place!

I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this place certainly deserved one. The food couldn’t be more authentic and delicious, and if you have ever been to Italy (I have) you would know. Only been there a few times but each experience was truly worth it. Excellent martini list, great variety of unique courses, seems like everything is made from scratch. Perfect for a small-mid sized gathering or a romantic dinner date. So thankful to have such a gem in a small town. Please stick around!

Amazing authentic Italian food, a real taste of Italy. Honestly this place is like a hidden gem in Bloomsburg. Great staff, so friendly and kind. Wanted a picture taken of me and my girlfriend celebrating our one year anniversary and they did that as well! It's not big, not very noticeable from afar, but the food is fantastic. Not too expensive so don't worry about breaking the bank. Very fancy set up inside, ownership does a great job of keeping the place looking beautiful, clean, and classy. If you live in the Bloomsburg-Berwick area and haven't came here, GO asap. Make a reservation as well. If your just passing through the area and are looking for a good nice sit down that is authentic food.. GO HERE.

The food here is very good and fresh. The interior is fairly nice, and the staff are very nice. It wasn't real crowded when we were there, and service was pretty fast. Their bread and oil with seasonings for dipping was excellent. I could've eaten an entire loaf with that oil! 😄

Our family ate here after our mother's funeral. The food and service were exceptional. There was one waitress for 20 people, and she did a superb job. Everyone was impressed with her and with the food. It's a very nice place.

Used to go here all the time but during the 2020-21 pandemic we didn't go at all. So this was first time back. Food and service were excellent! I had sea scallops provencal and they were perfectly done, sauce outstanding. My wife has chicken scampi which was very good. Side salads well prepared. Dessert was Lemoncello cake and very good. Close to what we had in Italy.
All in all an excellent dinner at a fair price for the quality and the service. Will be back and definitely recommend.

Hidden gem! Had the pleasure of dining here with my boyfriend for Valentine's day tonight and everything was excellent from the food to the service. The waitress was super sweet! The food was just amazing, I had the lobster ravioli and my boyfriend had the flounder stuffed with crabmeat. I can't wait to go back! Money well spent.

Coming from S.E. Florida this restaurant is a hidden gem, the outside of the building does not flash their name. You need to know where it is, which I'm sure the locals know. The interior is very warm and inviting. The staff extremely friendly and very helpful in explaining their specials, as well as any of the items listed on their menu. Service was impeccable, the staff consistently checking to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. The food was fantastic. Italian dishes meticulously made from scratch. You could readily taste the various spices in each dish with beautiful presentations when the dishes arrived.

The restaurant and staff made the evening a truly Special Occasion, which was appropriate since the 8 of us were a bride, with members of her family, who was getting married the next day! Thank You to A Taste of Italy for a meal and an evening that will not be soon forgotten!!!

We recently relocated to this area and struggled to find great food. Until we ate here! The restaurant is decorated nicely. John, the owner is very friendly and always there. We have had the same waitress almost everytime we have gone and have seen her run a room full of tables without skipping a beat. The food and service has been consistently great each time we have been here. There is also a very nice wine selection. Great food, service and wine. What else could you ask for?

Our first experience at A Taste of Italy will draw us back whenever we want a fine meal. Its unassuming on the outside. The evening ambience, with cloth tablecloths and votive candles, can be romantic and/or a place to impress others. The large, diverse menu makes choices difficult, but each of we four agreed our food was excellent. The service is very good.
