I went in for lattice. Older guy at the counter took me to get it.(I think he's the guy in charge) I noticed the top two pieces weren't in very good shape. When I told the guy I didn't want those two because of the shape they were in. He stated (with an attitude)"were not going to sit here and go through the whole stack".
I had just bought a house and was going to you guys for everything I needed . You're not as cheap as lowes. You customer service should be more important. You lost a customer...

Place is a rip off, Eric is rude and unprofessional. Everytime you call the numbers changes, and Eric does not care about the business, customer service or customer satisfaction. Do not go there.
