Catawissa Cracker Barrel Bar & Grill

Had the Barrel BMC Burger. It was very good. Wifey has the BLT and said it was good. Came to Cattiwissa for the soda factory in town that bottles sells Moxie Soda. Prices are great. Staff very friendly.

Wings were incredible, beer was cold and fresh! the bartender and waitress was so nice. I enjoy coming here for their wings nights and they don't disappoint! Definitely recommend stopping here

We had the tacos and drinks. The waitress came to our needs the entire time. Thank you. Will certainly be coming back.

We were out for a drive and found t ourselves here. We had a few drinks and some wings and fries. Everything was excellent. The bartender was very friendly.

Always had good meals here after many times of stopping for something to eat.
We really love their mini peroqies appetizer for sure, after you eat you can play a game of pool or darts as well.

The manager, Alicia, is great. Very friendly and social. Draft beer is 1.25 all day every day so we had a dozen wings (¢50 wings on Monday) a burger, and a beer for under $16 and everything was delicious
The twister sauce and the boom boom sauce on my wings were on point, and the burger came on a fresh ciabata bun.

The chernobyl wings are straight fire! They were definitely needed to warm up because the room was freezing.

A lucky find, as we drove back from a family gathering. Alicia greeted us as if we were regulars and we instantly felt at home. The drinks were cold, the food was great and the price was more than reasonable. My Rachel came with sauerkraut, which was clearly indicated on the menu and was precisely what I wanted. Overall, an excellent sandwich. Some previous visitor expected coleslaw ( and gave it a three star rating and a complaint) even though the menu clearly describes the ingredients in a Rachel. Were we a society who had better reader comprehension, perhaps ratings of phenomenal restaurants would be more accurate. We definitely plan on a return visit, even though we live two hours away.

Great small town bar and grill. Good food and tasty appetizers. Went there after going to Knobles. Would certainly go back again when we are in town. Thanks for the great service. 👍

Tonight the bar tender made me a shot from back home called the mind Eraser is with Kahlúa at the bottom and club soda at the top Perfectly my Manz margarita was clear spritzful perfect To the teeee !!! No manger issues with Syrup soured downed drinks happy over all with my liver lol 😂
Food on yummy went back for seconds and will be back for 3rds

Been coming to the barrel since 1998. BEST mild garlic sauce you will ever have for wings. Also consider the best dive bar idea in Eastern Pennsylvania. Very accommodating staff and laid back environment. Highly recommend stopping on your travels.

During our camping weekend, we stopped by around 6pm for a few beers and dinner Friday night. This local tavern was really a good time, decent bottle beer selection and the food was really good. They had wings they served crispy non breaded. The sauces were tasty. The cheeseburger I had was juicy. The place is really big, the backend looked like it could host 200 people and a band. Pool tables and darts! Service and bartender was really nice to talk to. I'd bring kids and parents here. Not the fanciest decor, but look past that to enjoy a night out. Recommend.

Bartender/waitress was so friendly and pleasant. The cook did a fantastic job on the burger. It was super!! If we get that way again, will certainly stop there !

Wings cheese steak and pulled pork sandwich. All very good. I'm an Amazon driver so usually in on lunches, no alcohol for me-- but bartenders are all very personable and nice.

I LOVED their teriyaki and honey mustard wings. Their black diamond steak was phenomenal as well. Amazing service too. I'm so glad I went here!
