I was very nervous because the reviews were the worst. But my case is different. First, check the seal condition at the front door. Second, After formal check-in at the office, you will be assigned a dock. The staff didn't even laugh, but there were no unnecessary words. It took a total of 50 minutes and unloading took only 20 minutes. only laughter. Has anything happened in the meantime? Has everyone changed?

I dont why there are so many negative reviews. For me it was a pleasant experience. Stopped at the gate, sent to door 27 for check in, assigned to door 86. As soon as I backed in, 50 sec max the light turned red and before I could even get out of my seat like 2 min later they were already loading me. As im writing this review 19 min later light is already green. So for me this was one of the fastest loading ever and today is memorial day

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, arrived early at 7:45 a.m., need safety vest at security gate. They gave me a door immediately 8:a.m I felt trailer moving. They finished loading at 9:18. I can't complain..

I am late my appointment is 10am I am going there 1pm right way they dock starting loading

Best Distribution center I have ever deliver a load. Night Shift guard shack guys and lady in the receiving office, they’re nothing but amazing.they took me in 12hrs earlier my appointment time. Appointment was 12pm on Friday and got there at 12Am on Thursday, no appointment was asked, got a dock right away and unloaded in less than 1/5hrs.
Have Never seen a DC like that.

My experience here was very different then some of the earlier reviews.
Easy location to find and nice big facility. Check in at gate and proceed to door 27 for door assignment.
We were late to our appointment due to previous load but it didn’t seem to effect anything.
We were assigned a door and they started loading us with 15 minutes and finished with 90 minutes. Staff was friendly and nice.

I was skeptical of this place because of all the horrible reviews. I arrived 1 hour early for a 13:00 appointment. I started getting loaded at 12:40PM. By 13:15 I was loaded and ready to go. Check in and check out was pretty easy. The guard shack will ask you which address your picking up for and direct you accordingly. No overnight parking is allowed, but if you need to you can park on the street outside the guard shack.

Picked up and delivered here on a Saturday and Sunday.
Maybe they weren’t busy, maybe they improved their service.
But on both occasions they got me in early and I was out in one hour.

Each time I'm unfortunate to get a load for delivery in a distribution centre I usually check the peoples review of the place.
So when I checked the reviews for this centre my heart felt heavy with the overwhelming negative reviews and I immediately prepared my mind for a harrowing experiences yesterday.
When I wanted to leave home I got two meals, breakfast and lunch because I have no idea how long it will take me to come back from the 'lion's den'.
But then I called on God to take charge and see to it that I didn't spend more than 3 hours at most.
However, I was proved wrong totally because the people in Quaker centre surprised me beyond my imagination right from security check in and when I got to the receiving office and finally with the jet speed it took to unload a full trailer load! I got to the gate at 11.30am, to the door about 10 minutes later and out of the door 12.37pm, everything took just about 1 hour. God answered my prayer no doubt, but I believe that they must have taken to hesrt all the bad reviews about their way of treating drivers shabbily which is encouraging and which they must keep doing without relenting. They should serve as good example to other distribution centres where drivers are treated unhumanely, they should know that we are under the regulations of the hours of service and we must be time conscious, all of us, shippers, drivers and consignee, I recommend this experience to cvs distribution centre, Woonsocket RI as worthy of emulation. I had a great experience! I was afraid cause of all the bad reviews but I checked in, they gave me a door right away, and loaded me less than an hour! Appt was 10 am, checked in at 9:45 am and was out by 11:10 am. Everything was less than 2 hrs!

I checked in about 28 hrs EARLY for my appt. Got me unloaded. Was there less than 3 hrs. Lots of room to maneuver. Very nice people in shipping/recieving office.

Very spacious lot. Quick in and out.

I can't say anything bad about this place. I checked in 5 and 1/2 hours early to my appointment time. I was out of there within two hours

Checked in a little early and loaded in about 2 hours. No overnight parking.

Arrived 1300 for a 1400 appointment and was loaded and gone by 1340. Nice folks in office.

Amazing guys apt at 12 arrived 9:45 am checked in and unloaded right away out by 11 am nice place ever
