If you are making a delivery from Bennettsville, Sc, you will be making the delivery to the first building to your left before the main Ames DC. You will still check in at the main building but they will turn you around to the first building which is their storage building. Just put the BOL’s in the back and they will unload you and leave a copy for you. Usually 30-40 min unload. Broker says they operate 7-12 but that’s probably the main building because I arrived at 5:15 am and was given a door immediately. The first driver here.
No parking signs anytime on the street poles so doubt you want to try and park overnight.
Nearest parking is truck stops at 49, and also on the other side of the highway, you can park near the Giant DC building. It’s the last street to your left before entering Giant truck parking area. Don’t bother trying to sneek in to Giant for a break because they have cameras that can zero in on every truck and will know if you are delivering or hanging out eventually.

Quick in an out had a 0900 appointment got there at 0830 and was out at 0900.

Got there at 730 for my 800 appointment was unloaded there in about 30 - 40 minutes. Unfortunately there is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Don't even try to park on the road either local pd will often pass there at night to hand out tickets. That and even if you get there at night they have their gates closed. The guard lady was nice though.

When you start working there they have you move at least every 3-5 days to different cells/stations which impossible to get your rate up because you never doing the same job. People are friendly and they can be helpful.

Arrived 1 hour early and was told to come back at appointment time. Arrived at appointment time and have been in a dock waiting to get loaded for over 4 hours and loading just started. Will never come back to this shipper again. Once loading started it took an hour to get loaded and released from the dock...will refuse any load from this shipper in the future.
