I've had good Jamaican food before, BUT this was the best Jamaican food I've ever had. BEST MAC AND CHEESE! This was better than the food in Jamaica. I highly recommend everything here, even the drinks.

They are the best Jamaican restaurant i know so far. Food is consistently good,staff is very pleasant,prices are reasonable 👌 😀 so,yesterday I had a taste for yams. I ordered a small white meat jerk chicken, white rice n stew chicken gravy, yams and a side of Mac n cheese. Usually, they show you your food.We skipped that part and I had collard greens instead of yams. I was so sad,although the greens were really delicious 😋

Goodness!!! This is by far hand down the best Jamaican restaurant I have ordered from in my region. From the portion of the food to how it even looks and how it taste, everything is on point. I had order food from another Jamaican place that was two blocks down from me and their wasn’t seasoned, so when I was ordering this one I was like “I hope this is a disappointment like the other Jamaican place next to me” and they Prove be completely right because they are not like the other place, they are 10x better. I’m one of those people that get mad when I spend my money on food and it doesn’t meet up to the expectation that I wanted to because when I order food out, I don’t want to cook and I’m spending my money, so I wanted that food to be on point and season and I’m so Glad they didn’t disappoint at all. Thank you!!
I ordered both larger. Jerk chicken with mac n cheese & rice n beans and Curry Goat with Mac n cheese & rice n bean.

Ordered 2 oxtail and 1 curry goat plus a side of jerk pork. Food was on point. Definitely a must visit when I am back in the area.

We went here this weekend while visiting the city from the DMV. I found it by accident when we pulled into the dreadful Popeyes for Chicken. When I spotted this place I was so happy..lol.. Its a small place. Ordering was easy because I already know what I want. I had the Jerk chicken, rice n peas and cabbage. My fiance had the boneless jerk chicken, greens and white rice. As others have said, the food is very flavorful. They give you generous portions of everything. We actually ate the rest the next day. Love the Coco bread! There was only 1 person ahead of us, and the wait for our food was a bit long. However, I dont mind waiting on good food to be prepared. Just enjoy the Jamaican Vibes coming through the speakers while you wait. It is a small establishment. Not a huge chain with a full staff. So I think a little patience should be expected. Our meals were great and I will return every time we are visiting. Thanks for the great meals!

Five stars...food tasted delicious rice and peas hit the mark good coconut flavored, jerk was great i like the jerk strips, coloured greens very well done. I came from d.c to hang with some family in Media Penn.. I love trying out Caribbean restaurants in different city. This place did not disappoint 👍🏾. Thank you for the Malta as well:).

I will differently come again. The only thing that was there was some nice dancehall/soca music 😆😆😆😎💗💗💗

Friendly staff. Lots of options. Food was delicious. Got jerk chicken with mac n cheese & rice n beans. And Ox tail with collards & rice n beans. Kind of hard to find at first but super worth it.

Oh my, this food was good!!! I started off with the beef patty with coca bread and can we say oh my!!! It was so good and the bread was so fresh! Then I had a jerk pork platter which the pork was good, not great but good but everything else was great (rice and cabbage) and I ordered curry goat on the side which was amazing!! I really enjoyed my meal and can’t wait to be back!!

Idk why they have lower reviews. Their reviews on door dash are higher. I guess no one takes the time to write here. Their food is good! I got their curry goat. Candied yams could be doctored up a little more but overall it's good and affordable.

I enjoyed my meal and everything else I tasted. I ordered brown stew chicken, white rice, a beef patty and macaroni salad. I was also able to taste the curry chicken, oxtail, rice and peas, jerk patty, and jerk pork from my friends plates. My favorites were the jerk pork, oxtail, and curry chicken in that order. Yeah 👏🏾

The food is absolutely delicious and fresh.. the staff is friendly and very customer service focused. I have not been able to find a good Jamaican take.out since Duke' s ( was on 60th st. Off Spruce).. so this is our NEW FAVORITE!!!!!!

Been going since they opened. Love their food. My only issue is the long wait before you get your meal, and they never have plantains. Like I said, great food though

The food was sooo delicious!! I got the side oxtails and a side of jerk chicken. They gave a good amount of their delicious, spicy jerk chicken. Very pleased and will be back

Everytime I get food from this restaurant it's delicious, reminds me of my cousins cooking back in the Islands! True Caribbean people cooking genuine Carib food, very pleasant and friendly and huge scrumptious portions worth every penny! Always satisfied!

Reminds me of Kingston every time I walk through those doors. The aroma, the music, the smiles, the vibe, & the amount of time it takes to get my food! Haaaaaaaa!!! I can't wait until the summer hits and they bring the grill and speakers out!!!

Great place with delicious food. Hand's down the best Jamaican food I have ever eaten. The jerk pork is one of my favorite items on the menu.

The Cabbage!!!! The best! The food was amazing as always. Yes we will be back. The Stewed Chicken was great as well.

I love their food! My favorite is the curry chicken, the chicken is so tender and flavorful. The staff is nice.😋👍
