Stay here for one night mid-week. Great location, the room was great too. Large outdoor hot tub was awesome. I'm a Hilton member and used points to stay. Also used the online check-in with mobile key, I didn't have to check-in at the front desk at all. Would definitely go back!

Very close to the resort. Plenty of parking.
Pool was not working.but outdoor hot tub is big and definitely fun. There is a pool table to play for free. The bar in evening has great food too. I would not waste my hilton diamond member credit on breakfast buffet which is standard but not as good as dinner options. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. No moisturizer in rooms interestingly. Loved the property.

I think this hotel deserves a better score. I've enjoyed my stay there.

We arrived very early (before 10:00am) and hoped to check in because my wife injured herself and was unable to ski with us. Kyle was able to help us find a room in the busy MLK weekend and let us in.

The outdoor hot tub/pool was also nice especially after a day of skiing, room was big and clean, the location is also great, 5mins away from snowshed.

I do hope they can provide breakfast every day, I was told breakfast is not provided on Monday and Tuesday which is kind of inconvenient.

The hotel has an older charm that is magically brought together by the service that is provided. All staff members treat you as friends and create a genuine connection. Will be back soon.

Stayed December 2023

Read the reviews and was a bit apprehensive..
tried to convince my group to re-book elsewhere.. but they wanted to use their Hilton points.... so....
went anyway - armed with a can of lysol, disposable gloves, paper towels, wipes..

The hotel was beautiful and recently renovated. It's a solid 3 star hotel and that's what you can expect.
We had a corner 2 bedroom suite and there were only 2 large towels, no big deal - just went down and grabbed more by the hot tub area.
Hot tub was available to use, and the kids had a blast at the pool table and the large jenga blocks they had available.
There is a Starbucks at the lobby, and breakfast Wed-Sun.

Oh.. one very odd thing about our room.. there was no closet..
Looks like they might have not been done with the renovations

The Hilton brand has definitely taken this hotel to a new level!! I have been to this location more than once in my lifetime and will say from the drive up to the hotel, walking into the reception area, and then the room definitely receives the 5-star review! The staff is amazingly pleasant and happy with full smiles on their faces.
With this hotel, you also have a selection of 5-star restaurants and reviews to support this review. The pricing is definitely more than fair and the area is highly recommended for the full experience.

GREAT STAY at Killington Mountain Lodge for Presidents Week. After reading the reviews, and staying here last year, I was definitely concerned but the Mountain Lodge is BACK!! My family loves skiing Killington and the location of the KML is ideal. This year the hot water was abundant, rooms cleaned daily by people who worked hard and late to get the rooms all done. Huge thank you to them. Our visit started out great as Jess and Tracy welcomed us upon arrival. They were so accommodating and helpful. During our stay we saw those two constantly helping people and going out of their way to make sure people were happy. That’s a huge plus for this establishment. They were both amazing and made our trip memorable. Jess basically makes this place run at a high level. I know from last year that a lot of money was invested into KML but it struggled to keep up. This year, whatever changes or updates that were made, righted the KML. Heat, hot water, fireplaces burning wood, Starbucks open, towels available in room and nicely cleaned rooms. Thank you to all involved, even Chris and Zack from maintenance, making sure the heat was working properly. Bumped into them in the hall and they love what they do. Just ask them!! Super stay, forget the negativity from prior reviews. This place was awesome as were the people that you encounter like Jess and Tracy.

Beautiful place, clean, peaceful and appealing inside and out. Best of all, hospitality from Natalie was the very best! All of the staff was friendly and professional but Natalie went above and beyond to be a helpful as possible. I will return.

I visit the mountain 2-3 times a year and always stay here. The refurb and update that has been done since Hilton took it over are great. The hot tub could always be a little hotter but it works.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a 2 night ski trip. We absolutely love this place. There was awesome amenities and perfect location to the mountain. It was the perfect weekend getaway. Also would love to note that the younger guy at the front desk who worked the night shift was awesome and super helpful. It was a fairly busy weekend but he was super attentative to not just us but other guests which is hard to find these days! We will be back for sure for our next ski trip

Our room was very clean and cozy! There's alot of space in the rooms so you don't feel cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable! The lighting in the bathroom is perfect, and if you like to do makeup they have ring lit mirrors in the rooms as well. If you like to watch TV they have flat screens that appear to be very new. The scene by the hot tub is beautiful and again very cozy. The staff is extremely friendly as well. Since the hotel has well water the staff provides you with as much bottled water as you need since drinking the tap is not recommended, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all we had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back

Amazing stay during my birthday weekend!! Our room wasn't ready for about an hour or so after the check in time but once we got in, it was beautiful. The scenery around the hotel was amazing. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub / firepit area without any large crowds at all! We were alone until 1 other family came while we were packing up to leave. The bar upstairs is super cute, along with a seating area and fireplace. Great ice cream place and a couple of food spots right down the street made it easy to stay in the area. Staff were friendly and it was a quiet hotel. We enjoyed using the pool table as well.

Best Hotel in Killington for the Slopes. Ideally located getting to the Beast and also the Mogul Sports Bar is right over the road for decent evening of entertainment. Comfortable and classy. Check out the outside hot tub after a hard day Skiing with a few beers. Had a great stay. 🇺🇸🏴??????

Boyfriend & I stayed for 3 nights this past weekend, location was amazing! 3 minutes from the mountain and a quick short drive to anywhere on the strip. Room was clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. We had a king with a balcony and was great to have some privacy on the balcony. Hot tub was nice, but can get crowded. Overall - really great for a quick stay if your gonna be on the mountain all day!

My family and I went there on last Tuesday, we're concerned because of the negative reviews. But it turned out alright, the location is nice and the room is clean. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the hotel is clearly understaffed, which didn't affect us too much since we didn't need much other than sleeping there for a night.

There was a group of 4 of us who stayed for a golf weekend getaway. We stayed from 8/13-15. When I originally booked the rooms I asked for connecting rooms, I was contacted via phone telling me that there was no connecting rooms available for my room requests. Which was fine! I was just more impressed that I was called. But low and behold when we checked in we had connecting rooms!!! What a pleasant surprise.
I had read in other reviews that the resort was under construction, so I was fully aware that would be going on. And honestly, it was great. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The front desk was super helpful, there were no public ice machines so they would go and get us some from the other side of the lodge. There was a breakfast laid out both mornings. Plenty of coffee at all times. The pool was super clean. The views of the mountain are great. We walked everywhere and left our vehicle in the lot. There's a ton of choices of food and drink all within a mile walk. You can tell that there is some major work being done here, so take that with a grain of salt. Our rooms were some of the newest remodeled ones. Super clean, comfy and loved every minute. All four of us enjoyed the weekend and all said we would return in a minute!! I'm thinking about booking this winter with my family just to see what it looks like by then!

Asoon as I left this hotel I missed it. It is so homey and comfortably here! Amazing breakfast too, from eggs, potatoes, toast, yogurt, muffins, and more. Pool doesn't seem heated so until the summer enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi haha. I had an amazing time at this hotel with my boyfriend. This hotel is close to many restaurants, gift shops, and little coffee shops that are beautiful too. Great parking here as well not even a 2 minute walk from your car to hotel.
Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be back. Also the people who work the front desk are awesomely nice and so welcoming.

Rooms are clean. They provide water for brushing teeth as they're on a well system. Ask the front desk for ice. Large fire place in common area and a fire pit outside by the hot tub. Rooms are HOT; We ended up shutting off our heat and leaving the balcony door open all night.

We stayed here for the Spartan race in September. Very happy with everything the hotel offered. I recognize that this is a lodge and not a swanky resort. The prices were great, the room was very spacious and clean. They are obviously putting a lot of effort into redoing the facility and it shows. The desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The facility offers a lot, restaurant, bar, pool table, awesome amazing comfortable chairs everywhere, a huge hot tub and a pool. Someone complained about the gravel parking lot!!! You're in the mountains in Vermont, get over it!!!!!
The fire place alone is worth the stay. Looking forward to coming back on the winter to see it in action.

Once very small issue. See if you can increase the water pressure in the shower.
