Wendy's

well, first off, I want to say I went through the drive-through, the girl taking my order. It was a young, black girl, very pretty, very mannerly, beautiful tone of voice when she took my order

and in coming up to the window she greeted me with the most beautiful smile I have experienced at a drive-through window.

She was very kind she gave me my food and with a smile and then I have to say this is the first time in a long time of gotten food that was fresh warm and to my satisfaction so I give this place a thumbs up this little Wendy’s here !!!!!!

Had a Big Bacon Classic and a small fry. It was the best sandwich and fries I've had from Wendy's in a long time. Both was hot and fresh. Will come back to this Wendys.

Came here for breakfast and the girl Ley was taking my order and her attitude sucked. It was like she didn't even want to be there. Kept asking me in a rude voice anything else..like damn I'm sorry I interrupted your day. Then when my order was done I asked for BBq sauce so she just threw it in the bag like it was asking for to much from her. Guess she needs prayers for a better day. I really hate being on the end of an employee who seems to be having a bad day. Maybe she needs a different kind of job.

Came in last night (5/15). Pretty busy. Said they were short-staffed. However, the food was really good, and burgers made correctly 😁 The young fella working the counter was incredibly polite and working hard!

Hot, fresh food, prepared well with fast and polite service. Best Wendy's I've been to.

Stopped in this morning for the French Toast Sticks...Yum! And I want to recognize Steven who greeted me and rang up my order. He was so friendly and professional with great customer service. Great job.

I appreciate the management reaching out and resolving my issue. The food and customer service was great upon my return to the restaurant this afternoon and I feel bad for breaking my word so in all fairness for me missing the set meeting I had, I will bump my score up from a 4 star to 5 stars thank you

Quick service. Food was decent, but the french fries were not the greatest as they have been pushing in their commercials. Our nuggets and sandwiches were good. But the french fries were barely warm and hard, giving the impression they were "old". Of course this fact was discovered after I was home and delivered the food to the table. By this time it was too late to bother bringing this news to Wendy's attention or driving back out. Guess next time warrants a sampling of the french fries before I leave the parking lot.

Place was clean food was good but they need more help. They had too many orders that I had to wait for a long time for my food. My order consisted of 3 large fries, 50 piece regular chicken nuggets, and a filet fish sandwich

Ordered the new bourbon burger, which was tasty and large! I think I was served faster than any restaurant in history as my food was ready as I was walking to the soda machine! Love the fast service, gets me in and out, back on the road. Thank you!

Very friendly cashier. It was still breakfast but they accommodated us with the salads we wanted. We really appreciated that. That does not happen everywhere you go. To be kind is rare and I appreciate them!

The Service was great. The food was nice and hot. This location is located inside of the Loves Travel Plaza. It does have a drive thru and it can be a busy place with all the truck traffic going to Loves. But not a bad place.

Wendy's was great. The staff was friendly and hard workers. I tried a new sandwich... Well new to me. My wife gets it regularly. It was great. This Wendy's should make the owners proud.

That new bourbon burger though please never get rid of it the best !

Service was great. The employees were very polite especially the young man up front.

Tonight's encounter was the best service I've ever received from this location. And the new lady with the big bright smile, vibrant voice and uplifting personality is divine!

Very nice people on shift. Chili was good as usual.

Fantastic Wendy's location! You get your food within a minute of ordering. The staff is very friendly and the inside is clean. Dining area can be a little loud, but still nice for eating alone. Interestingly the prices are slightly higher than other locations.

This location played the most annoying music very loud when I visited, so loud you could not hear your self think. 12:30 pm 3/27/2021. If I was the manager I would tell my workers to keep it down. I will be calling the head office about this. There is no excuse for behavior like this. All I wanted was a nice quite place to eat and the workers did not after I asked politely, remotely turn the music down. Well the head office got back to me and offered me some free coupons which I turned down because that would be taking advantage of them. I am sure they fixed the problem.

I love Wendy’s so much, you could call me a Wendy’s connoisseur. This Wendy’s was good, very average, but my one complaint was that you could tell the fries were NOT fresh and they could do with changing the oil. However, I work in the food industry as well so I get it. Burger was yummy :)

Always stop here when I'm passing through this area. (Being a trucker and all) The food is always fresh....always. I'll let you know when I have a bad experience. I hate fast food, mostly because of the terrible experiences and cold nasty food that you always seem to receive. This Wendy's has given me faith that there are still people that pride themselves on hard work, even if the money isn't there. Thanks Wendy's employees, until next time we meet
