Had an emergency with the basement filling with water, and he came out right away and replaced the sump within a few hours. His rate was really reasonable and the parts he used were higher end then whats available at Lowes and Homedepot.

There is no plumber in this area that is worth $75 an hour John. Don't agree to let this guy in your home if you're expecting a reasonable price. Gouging your hourly rate and parts used - you should be ashamed. That's not how we do business in this area!
