You get what you pay for - John was the absolute best to work with! High quality craftsmanship and professionalism- will be using them for any upholstery project going forward.

Based on the good reviews Rosen Interiors received, I contacted them and made an appointment. I have a 32yr old 3pc Roche-Bobois sectional that was in dire need of being re-upholstered. The heavy frame was still in great shape. John Laye arrived right on time and we went over what needed to be done. He had fabric samples with him and John, my wife and I picked out one that we all liked. John gave me a price which was right in the ballpark for a project of this size and complexity. In 2 days he was back to pick up the sectional.
He said it would be finished in about 3-4 weeks and sure enough it was and he delivered the re-upholstered sectional right when he said he would.
My wife and I were amazed with the look and the high quality of workmanship. The sectional exceeded our expectations. You can tell the upholsterers knew what they were doing when you look at the areas on and under the frame. Everything was very precise and done to exacting detail.
I should add that John is a lot of fun to work with. We're looking forward to working with him and Rosen Interiors in the near future on a couple of other projects.

We had a great experience working with John from Rosen Interiors to install new blinds in our home. When he came to make the estimate, John took his time in going through all the windows in our home before showing us the different options he would recommend. It was a pleasant consultation where we were not rushed and were able to fully discuss the various choices.

John Rosen Interiors was truly amazing. John came to our home with multiple fabric samples to consider for reupholstering the seats on our dining room set. He was very astute at helping us to decide on a color and fabric which would work with our room and the fit the period of our furniture. He then ordered the fabric which came in in about one week. He and his assistant then came to our home to retrieve the seats. They were efficient, neat and careful of our home, our furniture and our wood flooring. John clearly explained how he would replace the cushions to make them more comfortable and carefully align the fabric pattern so that each chair would be identical to any other. In less than two weeks he completed the job and returned to reinstall our chair seats. The seating looks amazing. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I would highly recommend Rosen Interiors to anyone needing re-upholstery services . He is friendly, knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair and highly competitive.

Great experience working with John and Rosen Interiors. I had a Queen Anne sofa and a recliner re upholstered. The fabric coverings were of good quality, the work was completed on time and was very well done. Looked better than new. I also appreciated the in home consultation and advice. Great people to do business with. Dealt with John Laye who was phenomenal. Found him to be personable, professional and caring about the project I was hiring him for. Had 10 chairs reupholstered. So easy, never had to leave my home. John brought fabrics for me to pick from, took my chairs, promised they would be done in an amazing time frame of less than 2 weeks. We moved into a new house last June and wanted to add privacy to the living and dining room windows, as well as block the summer sun from three high windows on the east side of the house. Oh, and we also wanted to reupholster a sofa that had a solid metal frame but worn and faded fabric. Where to find someone who could do all this, and also design and make cornices for very tall windows that would enhance the new fabric on the reupholstered sofa?

We settled on the window treatments and fabric for the sofa and cornices. Measurements were made, and a quote was emailed to me that night. When the sofa was picked up several days later, the measurements were taken again for accuracy.

Everything was installed today. As with the first visit, there was no rush. Subcontractors didn't suddenly appear. John brought the same level of careful attention and professionalism to each part of the installation that he did when we first sat down. The 20+ year old sofa looks like it's brand new. The cornices are a perfect fit and compliment the sofa. The blinds and long cellular shade open up the rooms, while offering protection from the sun and privacy when we want it.
