Nice church. Always remember Friday nite dances

I go there for Confession. I'm from a different parish that doesn't offer the ordinary form of the sacrament. I might transfer if I can. I'll attend a mass or two before deciding.

These days, I only attend this lovely church for special occasions such as weddings, baptisms and 40 hours devotions. In years gone by, many years gone by actually, I attended dances at this location. There were two dance floors in the gym; one upstairs and one at entry level. There were two live bands playing; one on each floor. I can still remember the rhythmic sounds of the dancing when the Bristol Stomp song was being played. Ah, those were the days!
There is plenty of off street parking available and there is a very unique entry stairway and statues adorning the entrance overhead. It presents itself well in an area that is densely populated.
The interior of the church is large and very beautiful. When I have attended functions there, the people and priests seem friendly.
If I was looking for a church to attend in this area, I would certainly try this one on for size. Check it out for yourself and see if it will satisfy your needs.

Have been coming here since I was little when visiting my Mommom and Poppop who worked on Sundays in the office with the 50/50 raffle in the late 70's to early 90's. Mommom was called back to God and we were there a few weeks ago at her funeral mass. After all the years the church is still as stunning as ever. Beautiful stained glass windows, the marble on the alter..nothing has changed. Brought back fond and wonderful memories on such a rough occasion. Beautiful place to come to to pray and celebrate mass.

First time I've been in a church in a while all I can say is my friend George and looked beautiful and now she's going to be very missed
