Full service here. Been in the place a few times and encountered different people behind the register and every time they were over the top helpful. I didn't know a ton about Red Wings going in except I loved the 875s. They have me for life now

Great Customer Care… I was put on the Volumental machine to measure my foot and determine what would be the best boot recommendation. We decided on a boot. It fit well got a few pairs of socks to accommodate my new boots. Excellent experience

Recently purchased a nice pair of steel toed sneakers for a new job I'm starting. The sales lady Sue was very helpful and nice. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely go back next year when I need another pair. Most comfortable shoes I've ever had 😊

I had an excellent experience there the other day. I believe the woman who helped me was named Sue, she had me in an out in no time with new shoes and inserts. Sue was an excellent red wing employee and I thank her for her great service.

The salesperson was helpful, showed me the options available in the safety shoes I said I was interested in, told me differences between different models, and suggested a less expensive pair of socks when I grimaced at at the$25 pair I considered purchasing for trying on boots. We had a pleasant conversation.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome. I never visited the store before but he made me very comfortable. Help me find the perfect shoes and also the perfect insoles, so I greatly appreciate him.

The staff are SO helpful and kind! I stopped in to buy a pair of women’s boots and although they had just sold of out what I was looking for, the employees fitted me, answered all my questions, and ordered a pair of Clara boots to be delivered at home for free. Seriously these guys are really knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Ack I wish I asked their names before I left!

Redwing boots have sizes for hard to fit feet their boots are comfortable and well made. I wish still made in the USA but sadly not the case . I work in railroad tracks and my boots typically last 12 to 18 months . I wear a 13 6E I need steel toe boots insulated and waterproof . I've never had a problem getting exactly what I needed here . With excellent employees who know there job and can assist you with what you need. I've been shopping in this store for for more than twenty years and I have another fifteen to go before I retire . So this is the place for work boots I highly recommend.

Friendly and polite staff that are there to help every step of the way from sizing to the moment you leave the store. The best way to start off the new year.

Great shoes and a staff that will work with you. I got myself a pair of boots that can be resoled in the future. They aren't the cheapest shoes around but they are clearly well constructed and made to last.
