Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia

We purchased our new car from Cocoa Subaru a couple weeks ago! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by William, who ended up being the best person that we could have asked for help us pick out the car that we wanted! He was kind and polite, but also was very knowledgeable about the different types of cars and the features it offered. He was very patient with us and we could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure we picked out the vehicle that was right for us when it came to the features as well as the price. Honestly, everyone we met were wonderful including the manager Chris, Josh, the finance manager and Avery who helped us get a better understanding of our car. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer service as well as making the sale, and we were very satisfied with the entire process. If we were to get another car, we would probably go back and make another appointment with William if he is still there!

Great buying experience. Fair on pricing and super transparent. Very nice dealership. A little tricky to find but hey they have valet parking … easy in and out. All the reps and manager were super friendly and accommodating. No last minute surprises or pressure tactics. Trade in process was relatively painless as well. All in all go here if you’re looking for a new car, want a fair price and seamless experience. Ask for Ken.

Everyone knows that purchasing a car is a big financial and long term decision which usually takes a generous amount of time. I’d have to say that I wouldn’t want to spend that generous amount of time making that decision at any other car dealer. I chose the vehicle I wanted prior to my visit and completed my credit check information using Ciocca Subaru’s online tool. Dave Allison and the crew were patient , friendly, informative, and helped me get a deal that I was happy with moving forward in. They have a large selection of vehicles and the cleanest and coolest dealership I’ve ever visited.

Had an excellent and seamless purchasing experience with Max and Ciocca Subaru. From the moment you step in to the moment you leave, the team at this location is constantly looking for ways to meet your needs. The facility itself is very nice and the staff are great. Even with the expected stresses that come with a car purchase, we didn’t ever feel a moment of discomfort or disappointment. We’d definitely recommend for first-time buyers and we’re definitely looking forward to returning for future check-ins.

Jason, Brad, Josh, and the rest of the staff were all so great to me. They went above and beyond to work numbers and get me the exact car I wanted at the payments i was aiming for! They were extremely accommodating to my wants/needs. I’d highly recommend them to any one! Thank you guys so much again. This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car.

My husband and I went in to look at a Subaru Ascent. The sales associate, Will, greeted us and was very friendly. He listened to all our needs and wants and found us a great car. We were so excited to take it on a test drive. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by all the features on the car including Car Play as well as the comfort of the car itself. The experience at this dealership was beyond outstanding. Every member of the Ciocca Subaru team was knowledgeable and placed customer service as the most important part of the interaction. Yes, many companies pride themselves on customer service. They need to take a page from Ciocca! My sales associate,Jahlill, was not only very knowledgeable but was sensitive to the customer’s concerns. The Finance Manager was all about the customer’s needs and how this would impact my finances. The internet group was extremely friendly and responsive. And I have left out others and apologize. For each person supports an amazing team.

HERE WAS SOME THING I NEVER EXPERIENCED
I was asked when I would like the new car. I said that I needed to return it to the dealership as it is a lease. They offered to return it for me. But since I am in NJ I had arranged with a friend. So they said would you like the car tonight. I explained I had no way of getting the old car home. They said we can drive the new car to your house.

That’s right. And they did!!

I was nervous because it had been almost 16 years since buying my last car, but I was worried for nothing. My experience at Ciocca Subaru Philadelphia was pleasant, efficient, honest, straightforward. My salesman, Mo is an honorable man. No slick dealer talk. My finance guy Giovanni executed my financing efficiently and with complete transparency. I appreciate "The Red Carpet" service I received. But, the thing is, they treat all of their customers this way. My sibling purchased a car the day before, receiving the same no nonsense, straightforward, "red carpet" treatment which is why I purchased my vehicle there (the next day). Both gentleman took very good care of me. The deals and value of service I received is unmatched. Ciocca Subaru Philadelphia is the gold standard for what we expect from a car dealership. My brother Mark has been searching for a car for over 2 months. We visited many dealerships around the Pa area. We found Ciocca. This was my brother's first purchase of his own vehicle in his entire life. The Ciocca experience went above and beyond the scope imaginable . Eric, Wyatt, Avery, Giovanni and Dave made every detail the most impactful day my brother has experienced in his lifetime. And because my brother can not drive on the main highways , Wyatt drove and delivered Marks car to our home. If I could and hopefully soon, I would purchase a Subaru from Ciocca. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. It wasn’t just about the bottom line. I felt as though they were trying to do right by me as the customer. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Aarron was my salesperson and he went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. They worked hard for my business and they have earned a lifelong customer. I love my new car!

Everyone at Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia treated me fantastically from the moment. I entered the building. Aaron treated me very very well. They were exceptional. Getting the whole process taken care of. I can’t complement them enough. I am so happy with the car I bought. The BMW convertible is an excellent car, and they gave me a fantastic deal. I do not think I will need another car for a very long time but if I do, I will definitely go back there.

Had a good experience buying a car here. Easy to work with and pretty quick process on the day of purchase. (Close to 4hrs from walking in to driving away in a new car)
There was an error on the final paper work with an extra charge for an item I had asked not be included but they quickly removed it and apologized.

The Ciocca promise was what prompted this review though.
Within the first month (800 miles) of purchase I got a screw in my tire and drove over to the dealership without a service appointment. They replaced the tire completely and had me back out and driving in about 1.5hrs. And it cost me $0.00 I appreciate that level of service and will continue to have the dealership service this vehicle for the remainder of the warranties.

Ciocca Subaru goes above and beyond in their customer service. From the sales team to the finance department, my experience was wonderful. Plus, you cannot beat the “Ciocca Promise”maintenance package that comes with every purchase of a car.

Ciocca Subaru is a great Subaru dealership. Michael Bloch is an excellent representative for Subaru. He is consistently professional and courteous and always keeps me and my organization updated in a timely manner. 5 out of 5 stars!
