Food is always great! One of my two favorite restaurants! Beef fried rice or chicken katsu bento box and gyoza are my favorite, but the ramen is good too and my boyfriend says their sushi is the best quality! Staff is kind and accommodating and the restaurant is so cute! 100/10 recommend !

Food has always been amazing. Been coming here for quite some time, always perfect. Pork fried rice is my personal favorite on the menu. Sushi is very good also, and bubble tea always hits the spot. Kawa is amazing! The food is always fresh, way better than any other sushi restaurant. Recommend trying them out!

Excellent food and service. Very fresh, tender, high quality sushi. I enjoyed toro, yellowtail sashimi, a naruto rainbow roll and edamame. I highly recommend Kawa.

Kawa's sushi is consistently excellent and the prices are the best you'll find in the area. The lunch special in particular is a great deal. I've never had an issue with any of my orders, and the staff are always friendly.

Outstanding experience at KAWA, delicious bento boxes with tender steak and flavorful teriyaki chicken. Miso soup was a highlight. Excellent service, serene ambiance. A must-visit for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts! I’ll definitely be back!! 10/10

Outstanding sushi-very good. Very clean, very nice staff. Place is small and easy to miss from the road, but it’s really top notch! Highly recommend!

I've been here twice with my partner and had a good experience both times. Both times we ordered an appetizer and two main plates. I was expecting relatively small portions when we were ordering sushi, but we always had leftovers to box up. The takoyaki, tonkotsu ramen, and bento box were especially good. Some reviewers have mentioned that the tonkotsu ramen broth is sweet, which is true, but it didn't really detract from my experience of the dish. A lot of restaurants are too loud for us, but the music here was at a comfortable volume.

The service is wonderful here. The servers are very thoughtful, my son was having a hard time with sushi and the server gave him his own little plate. Also the sushi is very good. It is well made and never falls apart. Always fresh too! I ordered the Alaska roll and the salmon was amazing.

I love Kawa. It’s my favorite sushi restaurant so far and I’ve gone to tons of sushi restaurants in the past and in Japan. The presentation is beautiful, the servings are healthy, and the rice is just 👌🏼 delicioso.
The servers are so kind and attentive. We love them. Also shoutout to the sushi chefs for being so talented and awesome.
We always get their Toro and Uni sushi. Next on the list is hamachi, smoked salmon and tamago. Everything we’ve had was delicious and we’ve never been disappointed with what we end up getting.

The only thing that sucks is when my gf and I are craving Kawa and we realize it’s Monday…We also try to limit going there to only once a month but we always break the rule.

I love getting take out sushi here when I visit my friend in Broomall. One of my favorite sushi places because it is always fresh, has delicious creative options with a great balance of combined flavors, and has a good fish to rice ratio.
My favorite must get sushi appetizer every time is the sushi pizza. It has so many yummy flavors of fish, seaweed salad and sauces over a scallion pancake. You really can't go wrong, everything I've tried has been good so far.
Please open a location closer to me in South Jersey!

Simply... Great taste, good atmosphere, and friendly service. My wife and I have enjoyed several dinners at Kawa and will definitely return for the ramen, rolls and more. A bonus being BYOB.

KAWA has a very relaxing, cozy atmosphere. The servers never cease to be very pleasant, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Super versatile place to hang; could be perfect for a date with your significant other or just a night out with friends and family!

Great experience and loved finding this little gem. Highly recommend this place for fresh sashimi. I had to order another roll since the quantity of sashimi was smaller than I expected. But I am not counting that against them..

Love this place!! Atmosphere is quiet and cozy. Wait staff are attentive and do everything possible to make your experience enjoyable. Been here many times and the experience is consistent.
