When I take a shower it takes almost 30 minutes because the temperature in the water changes, it either gets really cold or really hot, I spend more time adjusting water than showering. The water pressure is very low . My windows don’t stay up, my patio doors needed to be replaced 3 years ago. I have plastic bags between the doors to close up the opening to keep the cold air out which causes me on cold days to turn my heat up more. My rent goes up without me signing a new lease, we have had at least 6 property managers in 3 years and 3 different owners. The doors aren’t locked, safety is definitely not a concern to them, they tell you it is ok to park in front, then you get unexpected parking tickets. They say units have a dishwasher, I don’t. Most people leave after a year I have had 6 different neighbors in 3 years.

Stay far away. The new owners don't want to fix anything. When they do it's the cheapest way possible. There are times we have no heat and hot water. I always have to contact maintenance so he can do his little fix just for a week or two to go by and once again no heat or hot water. We can't control the heat so it can get as hot as 80 degrees in the units. We have to open the windows and patio doors. Lets talk about work orders If its not an emergency its not important. Some work orders take 2 months to complete. We have car ports out back that look like they are going to fall. They knew about it since the summer they still haven't been fixed. The bowler has a leak so now we don't have water pressure and at anytime the water cuts off. Every time I shower the water turns off and I will have a head full of shampoo. They know about it and its still not fixed. This place is garbage rent from a company that cares. They raised everyone's rent at $50 this year. We haven't had any changes done to our apartments for a really big increase. My apartment has the same cabinets from the 80 and they are worn out and the response I get is if we get you new cabinets your rent is going to go up so they are just going to do a cheap repair even though the recommendation was replace the cabinets. They have not made any changes to the common halls. I have lived here almost 10 years and the main carpets were cleaned one time. There is no one to clean the common areas and in a year we had one visit from an exterminator and that was after a resident put moth ball everywhere and stunk the place up. I can't say it enough STAY FAR AWAY. All the owners care about is keeping your money. I can't wait to move. The pictures below are the car ports,

I've lived in these apartments for 5 years and have never had a major issue until 2/7/18 when we got new owners. The coil in my oven stopped working and I've left several messages by phone and by email trying to get someone to contact me about repairing it or replacing it. When I finally got through to a woman named Mary Ella, she said she was waiting on the owner to see what to do. When I asked for her supervisor's contact info, she said she couldn't give it to me. I call just about everyday now and they never answer the phone. It's been a month to the day since I've had a working coil in my oven and no one has responded to any voicemail or email that I've left about getting it fixed. Horrible and unprofessional management.

Nobody knows what's going on here. There was a fire alarm going off and when I tried to contact the leasing office about it a remote office answered and the woman was not familiar AT ALL with the property. She kept asking me to spell the name and repeat the address. I told her the situation and obviously said it was a time sensitive matter and she put me on hold to look up the property. The property managers choose to fix maintenance requests using the cheapest option possible. I would not recommend living here. Avoid it at all costs!!

TRUE STATEMENT: INFESTED WITH DRUG ADDICTS CAUTION:

I came here to Write a review about the the HEAVY amount of Marijuana smell/smoke that has FLOODED the hallways of both the A and the B building at Cameo Court apartment but someone has already beat me to it. Both buildings are INFESTED with drug addicts, potheads and even a meth head. The police are ALWAYS here for the weed smoke. There are MORE people living here who smoke weed then people who don't smoke weed here. You can smell the weed as early as 8:00 in the morning, the afternoon AND in the evening it really doesn't matter what time of the day. It is literally every day all day. I CAN SMELL WEED SMOKE RIGHT NOW. The weed smoke from other apartments comes underneath your door and into your entire apartment NO MATTER WHAT you do. The weed smell/smoke is in your apartment MORE than you are. YES it is that bad. Most days you can actually smell the weed smoke inside AND OUTSIDE of both buildings. YES Outside in hot or cold weather. If you don't like the smell of marijuana don't come to live here. The mailman said he hates delivering mail here because while putting the mail in the mail boxes he has to breathe it (mail comes later and later lately). It is embarrassing when visitors come to visit. Not to mention the moldy walls from water damage are so thin that you can hear your neighbors doors opening and closing, foot steps, running up and down steps, bumping banging, showers turning on, their televisions, their music loud after hours, their conversations/arguing, their constant fighting, and EVEN THEM HAVING SEX. There is little to no privacy here, you hear much more than you want to here. You give up your right to privacy living here. ALL OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE COMPLETELY FACTUAL AND TRUE!

Most horrible place to live. Avoid at all costs. Dirty. Vandalism. Bad neighbors. High rent that increases no renovations. Drugs. Leaks EVERYWHERE inside and outside. Dirty walls in hall. Stinks. Deserves NO stars. CAUTION. WARNING. BEWARE. Below is a picture of a few of your neighbors, bring cheese! No exterminator in months.
