Dr Nancy has gone above & beyond with the help she provides in everyway, She is caring and assertive in our sessions, she doesn't beat around the bush lol & the tools she thought me are used everyday , I was lost untill I met her she has a warmth and understanding that comforts any anxiety I come in with, I sure do leave without it & have the tools to control it ! Dr. Forrest has the unique ability to get to the root of issues and the experience and training to pull you out of them and set you on a positive path. She'll confront years of pain head on and help you make it bearable and understand that you can overcome it ALL!
