I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.

WOW! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by George who is in tech support. He asked how he could help me. Because of his assistance I was in the store no more than five minutes, finding exactly what I needed. This store carries anything and everything office related including shipping/packing material, cleaning supplies, and coffee break necessities. Nice store. Thank you, George!

Absolutely amazing experience purchasing a chair from them today. From knowledgeable service, to an excellent checkout. Then being walked to the car and them disposing of the box since it wouldn't fit with the box. Awesome team at this Staples. Well beyond what I expected walking in.

O.M.G. Bought my mom a new computer and learned her monitor wasn’t going to connect as it was. I took photos of everything and she didn’t want to go to a certain "other" store, so I googled and said let’s try Staples. I was a little confused when I got there and asked an associate if there was anyone who could help. They pointed me to Omar who was AWESOME! I showed him my pictures and he told me what I needed. When I got back to the aisle and forgot, he came over and found the item for me. I then went to checkout and the lovely Faye rang me up and did a price check for me and I was thrilled bc I had looked online and prices seemed less than the store, which Faye confirmed and applied and saved me. I walked out telling my mom that it was such a great experience. Omar deserves a raise or extra vacation, something! Faye and the other associate - whose name I did not get but was working near Faye. While I don’t live down there now, I would gladly stop there when in the area.

Cliff, the tech manager at Staples in Springfield, Pa. was so helpful and professional and friendly and he found other employees to help me with all my purchases. Since I am mobility impaired this extra help was greatly appreciated.

I was able to purchase everything that I was shopping for, the prices were reasonable and the checkout was both professional and friendly.

Sadly, I have had to produce four funeral Mass booklets in recent years for family members. Each time I have used the marketing and printing services of my local Staples store on PA320 in Springfield, PA. Each time I was greeted professionally, competently, and most importantly received condolences on my loss. At all times I dealt with Quint who was so gracious and so accommodating that I felt the need to thank him publicly in front of other customers for his courtesy and professionalism. Staples, and the Springfield store specifically, is fortunate to have such a professional in its midst. Congratulations.

Quintin at the Springfield Staples Print Center is awesome. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable about printing services. He's helped me a lot on projects. Provides excellent customer service. I go out of my way to go to that store because of Quintin.

The Staples representative was great. Showed me everything he was doing to try and fix my problem.

Staples has pretty much everything I need to meet my personal and teaching needs. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and available. And the display of items is attractive and visible, so I always leave with new ideas about how to teach, and live, more effectively.

Omar is a fantastic employee at the Springfield store! He helped me find the perfect desk chair (even on sale!), walked out to my car to see if the chair would fit when assembled, determined that it would and then carefully assembled the chair while I waited. I paid for it and he carried my chair out and popped it in my chair. A perfect shopping experience from beginning to end! Omar was professional, friendly and very efficient. He is a great asset to the store.

Every time I get in and out fast a little on the high side but it's a staples What do you expect? I also found some good things also a good place to drop off USPS and post office packages when the post office is closed

Outstanding! This is my favorite Office Supply store. I have made new personal friends there who have have helped me in beginning my new journey. Both on a basic level & a more high tech level. The two gentleman who helped me on the high tech level are Henry / Tech Services & his Associate, Omar / Tech Services. Both were complete gentleman and I am proud to call both of them friends. Went in for printer ink and a few office supplies. Was able to find what I needed right away. I didn't feel like I was being bombarded by a sales rep asking if I needed assistance. There were plenty around, just didn't need their assistance. There was a line to check out, but it moved quickly due to all registers being open. Was a pleasant experience over all.
