So I had to take the time to write this review. I was having a problem with the mailing of my cigars to California. California requires a signature of someone over 21. There is a free option which starts with a UPS handling of the delivery but hands off to local USPS. They said they delivered the product, then it was out for delivery and then they attempted delivery and left a tag. No tag was left. I had to go to the Post Office wait on line to be told if no tag was left, no delivery was attempted. I was caught. However, Matt and his team personally went out of their way to help me. That day, the cigars were left at my back porch! I actually dealt with a humans (Matt and his team) who works for this family business instead of some computer or someone in India who speaks broken English. Great Store Great Prices ! I would suggest you pay the extra $10 and get second day delivery with confirmation. Thank you to Matt and his team.

Excellent prices, fast shipping to Texas, ordered on monday arrived on thursday ! Some mail order outlets send out dry, poorly stored cigars but not Atlantic Cigar. On arrival I quickly opened the factory sealed box of cigars and placed a hygrometer inside and found the humidity was a perfect 70%.

Had a great experience today picking up an order of cigars. Everyone was very polite and the sales person was very helpful and patient with me. I will be back for sure.

Order processing and shipping are amazing. The orders ship within hours of placing! Always excellent packaging. Cigars always in perfect condition. Can’t comment on their customer service, because I haven’t had a need to use it. Wish they had a bit broader inventory.

Atlantic Cigar is awesome! I started using them earlier this year when I had trouble finding my favorites at my usual shop. Great service, I ordered a box of Alec Bradley's special edition Filthy Hooligans and received them in just over a week (Canada). Packaged very well. Also in the past I have been able to cancel orders and receive full refunds without any issues. Excellent website with lots of variety, and easy to navigate.

Great selection of premium cigars!!!! I'm a newbie so it's nice to be able to try some of the $20 to $50 sticks (Davidoff Dominicana Robusto)is by far the best I've tried so far. Currently waiting on a few Byron's 21st century and atabey joints can't wait!!!!
