I purchased a grill to be assembled and then shipped to our house. The grill arrived- not assembled. I needed the grill for an upcoming BBQ and could not wait a week for the assembly crew to put it together. Carl came to my house in his personal car and picked it up, made sure it was assembled and it was delivered the following day! I couldn’t believe he offered to do that, and actually made it happen- I felt so bad!

This Home Depot is everything the Lowes 5 minutes away is not. It is well staffed and full of friendly associates. The registers are open and work as they should. You can check out with an actual human when you need to and their online ordering is fast and easy. Special accolades to Walt at the front desk who has worked for the company for the better part of 3 decades and is always helpful and friendly. If you need someone who really knows what they are doing, ask for him.

Got a 3.1415 meter endoscope that hooks me up to an android. On sale. Pipes flowing like water. Going to check the wife after midnight tonight, she's doing the dishes now. Make drainage great again.

Grabbed our christmas decorations from here after Christmas. Found so many great items on sale. The store associates provided me with a cart in order to grab all the items, they helped bring the cart to the check out station and then helped me load the cart into my car. Great experience. Was looking for items, that were sold out when I went in the store, and the people working their were very friendly and helpful, so I didn't waste time running around looking for what I needed, they showed me exactly where to look! Loved it! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

I was looking for an item and a gentleman named Jaylen helped me to find it! He was kind and respectful as I am a trans-female, and he took note of my pronouns and made my trip a little bit brighter.

Now there are many many many chooses when it comes to home improvement stores in our area but I myself always find that home depot is the place to go shopping at.They always have what I need the way the store is set up they make it easy to navigate and find what I need.wheather it's a screw or and garden rake or a box of trash bag they always have adequate supply of the things I need.

We appreciate Chris Martin at lumber department. It was Saturday night around 9 pm, my husband and I were confused and tired and he approached very kindly, guided us and cut some planks for us. His smiling face at that point of time was exemplary.

I had an issue with a delivery from a different Home Depot (that was farther away from me) and Don in Customer Service took the time to really listen to the details of my problem even though I was so frazzled over the phone. He suggested a solution that was timely and got my money's worth. He was so helpful even though it was a solution that was out of the ordinary (since we needed the materials for the project quickly!)

I arrived in store to make an exchange and Don remembered me and the solution. He and Nick T helped tremendously! I did have to wait a while for them to bring the replacement back out, but that was because they were looking for a quality replacement! I really appreciate their help. It went from a very stressful situation to great service that will not be forgotten!

My costumer service experience at the return desk was A+++ Neena and Mark were incredibly patient with my husband and I. We had many items left from our home renovation and they were kind enough to take their time with us so we could get our money back. That speaks high volumes for their costumer service support. The store itself is always clean and the staff members have always been very kind and friendly.

Great experience as usual. Store is clean. Employees are helpful. Lines move fast even when busy. My usual Home Depot that I visit at least a couple times a week for awhile now for various types of purchases.

A larger Home Depot store that has just about everything including a strong high end tool rental. Store Personnel are very friendly and helpful!!
