I visited this store a few times last summer. I was dismayed that no one came to help me or even acknowledge me so I left without purchasing anything. I decided to give it another try this winter and just now. Tyler helped me both times immediately. He's a good kid, very helpful and he's the reason I'll be going back whenever I need another suit or rental. Thanks so much Tyler.

Me and my fiance came in looking for groomsmen attire for our large wedding party. Joey immediately met us at the door and took us back to show us a variety of options for the wedding. His expertise and professionalism helped us find the perfect choice for our big day!

Had to buy a shirt and tie for the funeral. Shirts fits perfect and tie length perfect. The gentleman I think was a manager knew his job and well. Will be going back soon for more clothes.

Salesperson was super. He took jacket, pants and shirt measurements. Allowed me to try on several sizes and styles for best fit. Didn't try to upsell accessories. Even added my online purchase to the in-store one and had it shipped to my home. By the way, that order arrived next day. Super satisfied and will definitely return for future purchases.

I got my wedding suit from here. I happened to be near here eating but the staff was very helpful and I found the perfect tuxedo and shoes for my wedding.

Was worried about this place because of the reviews.. I gave them a chance anyways and was great!! Tyler helped with the measuring, fit, and tailor measurements. Didn’t feel pressured into picking my suit. Two weeks later, picked up my suit and was a great experience!! Thank you guys.

My husband and our dads had a 10/10 experience with the Men’s Wearhouse located in Springfield, PA - we were serviced and measured correctly, and only very minor adjustments needed to be made by the time the tuxes for our wedding came in. They all looked so suave in their tuxes because they fit so well. However, our groomsmen all had different experiences at other locations - one had to go in THREE times because the measurements were all wrong. The others went in at least two times. In the end, we don’t regret it because Men’s Wearhouse was most accessible to groomsmen who were spread out across the country. If you had to go to a Men’s Wearhouse in the Philly area, go to the one in Springfield!

This is how a store should be run! Tyreek greeted me right as I walked in and helped me with everything, sizing, style, etc. ordering things that we needed in my size and style requested. When he didn’t have an answer his manager Chris was readily available to help and was running that store like a pro, making each customer comfortable and confident in their selections. I’ll be back because of these two. Great experience.

My mother passed away and my grandson and I needed help with things to wear at her funeral. My grandson needed a suit, shirt and tie. I needed an overcoat as the funeral was in March and the cemetery was open, windy and cold.
My grandson was fitted for his suit and the folks at Men's Wearhouse were willing to accelerate the alteration process so he would have his suit for the funeral. They came through with flying colors.
The salesman helped me to find an ovecoat that was appropriate for the event and the weather. It wasn't easy. March means most of the winter inventory has been sold and replaced but spring clothes. I don't know how he did it. After all, his name wasn't Merlin.
He had me on my way in what seemed like no time at all.
I was very happy with what Men's Wearhouse was able to do for me and my grandson. It just goes to show what can be done when you really care about your customers.
Give Men's Wearhouse a try and see what they can do for you. I think you'll be glad you did.

ive been shopping at Mens wearhouse for many years. The experience i had few days ago at this location was top notch exceptional! Kim is like a unicorn when it comes to sales, customer service, and knowledge. She made my visit pleasant and i was in and out with a sharp looking suit! Thanks Kim!

Christopher the sales person was fabulous! I came into the store at 5:30 PM needing two dress shirts and two pair of dress pants for the next morning. Christopher not only helped me find the perfect styles, he was able to have the alterations to the pants (hem) done while I waited! Tremendous guy who knows clothing and is all about delivering a memorable customer experience! I’ll be back.

What a great bunch of fashionisto eyes for the challenged straight guy! They made my day. Four fun personalities eager to help, knowledgeable, and truly loving their jobs. Threads is their vocation, and they made mine the best!!!

Went in on a Monday night to help my son find a suit for an upcoming wedding. Was greeted almost immediately by Chris who then spent a considerable amount of time showing us a variety of suits and assisting my son with different sizes, cuts of suits, brands and colors and when he finally picked one, assisted with shirts ties pocket squares and even socks. Not pushy but very knowledgeable and very friendly. Once we selected a suit he steamed it for us showed us a variety of options for matching shirts and accessories, and we made our purchase. The entire time we were there other sales folks were also friendly and offered suggestions. I found the entire experience to be very positive and I would highly recommend going there. My son got a beautiful suit at a reasonable price and a couple of nice shirts and ties to go along with it. And Chris was excellent! Thank you!

There was SNAFU with an order I placed in Virginia during my travels. My suit had not been altered as they promised.
I took it to the Baltimore Pike location. Carrie was of great help. I assure you I was done with this franchies due to the aforementioned snafu. As grace would have it, Carrier's customer's care gave me a positive paragigm shift. For this reason, consider me a lifeling customer.

As a groomsman who procrastinates a lot and waits to the last minute to do everything, this place was incredible! They went above and beyond, helped me out and everyone was extremely good at their job. I told them it was cool if certain things weren't perfect since the suit was hard to find (another store said these suits were hard to find on the East Coast and they couldn't find it) and I was late. The seamstress hemmed my suit in record time. Friendly staff. Wish I got their names.

Staff was very helpful. Selection was phenomenal. I spent less than getting a suit than I did getting snacks at the mini mart.

I needed a suit on short notice(because I procrastinate way to much) and had no idea what I needed or what I was looking for. I don't dress in a suit very often and was actually uncomfortable thinking about having to shop for one. After walking into the store and being greeted by Chris he started joking with me about my procrastinating and needing a suit for a wedding the next day. I went from being nervous to completely comfortable knowing I was in good hands and in for a fun shopping experience. Chris then proceeded to guide me through ever piece of the suit I would need helping me pick out all different options for fit, style, colors. I mean every piece including shoes, belts, ties, pocket squares... everything. When I was done I was excited to buy my first suit and couldn't wait to wear it. As someone who doesn't like dressing up, I'm now looking for another reason to get to wear my suit(never would have thought that would happen) and its all thanks to Chris setting me up so well. It was a great experience, I really can't say enough.

My son and I came in to get him a suit for Homecoming. We were only a few days out and so I had low expectations about getting him a nice suit. Robert hooked us up big time! He efficiently found us everything we needed including shoes and luckily, we only needed altered pants. Robert fit him for everything and even pre-tied the tie for him. Great first experience!

Awesome service. Great clothes for great prices. Needed alterations done to suit pants in a very short time period. They had it done perfectly in one day!
Definitely shopping there more often.
