Visited this past Friday. Received a very friendly greeting when I entered the bar. The bartender was quite personable and offered a good introduction to the place. I was really impressed with quality of the brews here, so much so that I had take a growler fill away with me. They had a few NEIPAs, a top notch pilsner. Don't recall the rest of the 8 or 10 brews on tap. We ordered food, which went beyond expectations - Mediterranean plate and rice bowl with beef. Very fresh and tasty. If I lived near by I would surely be a regular customer.

Good beer! Just had pretzel and fries..they were very good! Nice to see in the new building. Not much signage by the road, but gps took us right there. Pizza was great on our next visit

Great brewery in a happy location on the bank of the Connecticut River. Great beers in a variety of styles. Great food and most excellent service.

They are very dog friendly outside. The indoor seating area is sleek and very clean.

Really great place. Kind of a hidden gem. The inside of the building was gorgeous and industrial. My partner and I got 2 flights of 4 so that we could try 8 of the 9 draught beers. My personal favorite was a tart ale and his was an IPA. We also got a pepperoni and burnt honey pizza, and the burnt cheese along the sides was to die for. We were stuffed after only eating half of it. There was some really cool seating, with couches and rugs but also typical tables. They also had a whole bunch of games you could play. It was a really cool place to spend an afternoon sipping and chatting. We also picked up a crowler of our favorite beer each. It was very cool to see, as my partner is a beer enthusiast but hasn't seen anything like that before.

I've seen this brewery grow from a shed in a back yard to this amazing establishment. Their beers are fabulous and the food they create is just delicious!

Our group of fishermen have been visiting this area for over 30 years and we’re so excited to have discovered this brewery this year. The staff is awesome the food is fantastic and a beer was amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back every year. Get the nachos!

We love this place. We've been huge fans of Coos Brewing since their first location. If you like NEIPAs, you'll love their signature Dooryard and Chockoblock. I also am a big fan of the Puckerbrush when I want something a little different.

Just be aware, NH has different brewery rules than other states. So when you're there, you're allowed to order a flight (my go-to) or have a pint. They also have crowlers, growlers, and 4-packs to go. This won't be an all day brewery event, but it's a great pitstop to support a local business and enjoy great beer at the same time.

You're also able to have pints of their beers at local establishments like Black Bear Tavern (Colebrook) and Buck Rub Pub (Pittsburg).

I enjoy the simple aesthetic, and their art (on the can and soon to be on the entrance wall) is second to none by a local artist.

UPDATE: They now serve food, so the beer limitation rule is no longer applicable!

Since both of my prior reviews no longer seem relevant I am starting fresh:

Simply amazing beer.

Dooryard and Chockablock(especially w/ grapefruit) are among my favorite ipa's anywhere. The puckabrush sours alone are worth the drive to Colebrook. Other rotating styles are also brewed with great attention to detail. I am very glad to see Cohos trail ale return. It is also one of my favorites.

Now they serve food and from what I've had so far these are my absolute favorite eats in the north country.

Did I mention the friendly hard working team that makes all this possible?

Along with a quiet stroll through the woods or a peaceful night under the stars, Coös Brewing is typically one of the highlights of my trip.

Colin,
A big thank you to you and your team. Each visit to your establishment always seems to brighten my day.

Our first visit sans garage. Amazing pepperoni and burnt honey sciciian style pizza! On tap selection was varied and good. Smores dreams is a taste bud fantasy of flavor. Trish was a very knowledgeable beer advisor.
We will be back.

My husband and I were in the area, and stopped for lunch on a Friday. We weren't interested in drinking beer but learned THEY MAKE THEIR OWN NON-ALCOHOLIC SELTZER. The watermelon mint seltzer was amazing and I'd go back just for that! We ordered too much food (nachos with pulled pork, beef tacos, and wedge salad) because I thought "tasting menu" meant smaller portions. Sat outside and it was perfect. Will be back!
